What Youβll Do
- Own and manage 15β25 client relationships as their primary technology advisor
- Develop and maintain 1β3 year technology roadmaps aligned to business objectives
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions
- Identify opportunities for infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, cybersecurity improvements, and operational efficiency
- Partner with internal Service Desk and Project teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives
- Oversee multiple concurrent client initiatives and priorities
- Provide executive-level recommendations backed by technical insight
- Support revenue growth through proactive solution identification and pipeline management
- Step in with hands-on technical guidance during critical situations
- Maintain high client satisfaction and long-term retention
- 3+ years in a client-facing IT role (Account Management, IT Consulting, Project Management, or similar)
- 2+ years of hands-on technical experience (Helpdesk, Systems Administration, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Security)
- Strong understanding of:
- IT infrastructure
- Cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.)
- Cybersecurity best practices
- Network and systems architecture
- Experience leading business reviews and presenting to leadership teams
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business value
