The Warehouse Operations & Logistics Coordinator will perform the assigned duties out of our new Agawam distribution office & warehouse. This role will be responsible for various activities including shipments, deliveries, & on-site warehouse operations and data entry records.


As we expand throughout New England and into the Capital Region of Upstate New York, we are building out our Agawam warehouse operations.

We are seeking a dependable, organized professional to help establish and maintain the daily shipping and regional delivery systems that support our continued growth. The right candidate will play a key role in setting the standard for organization, accountability, and operational consistency at this location.

This is a hands-on role requiring reliability, structure, and the ability to work independently. You won’t just be stepping into a routine position — you’ll be helping build and strengthen an expanding operation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily UPS shipping and outbound package processing
  • Assign and maintain accurate tracking and logistics records
  • Complete scheduled regional deliveries throughout New England and the Capital Region of Upstate NY
  • Maintain an organized, efficient warehouse environment
  • Monitor and maintain inventory records
  • Represent the company professionally during client deliveries and vendor interactions
  • Support the development of organized processes as the warehouse operation grows

Event A/V Support

  • Coordinate with program staff to ensure smooth technical execution, including troubleshooting during events.  
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance on A/V equipment.
