Facility Address: 809 Lamont St & Veterans Way, Johnson City, TN 37604 RESPONSIBILITIES (listed are included but not limited to) Emergency physicians shall provide immediate medical evaluation, examination, diagnosis, treatment, and/or referral of patients who present for care in the ED.
"Present for care" includes patients referred to the Emergency Department by other medical providers in the VA Healthcare Facility system (such as outpatient clinics, outlying clinics, ED Fast Track, inpatient, etc.).
Shall provide professional advice to other VA providers with regard to professional management of patients in their fast-track portion of the Emergency Department as well.
Shall cover the range of emergency room care typically provided in an urban civilian practice of similar size.
The following list is an example of the types of cases, but is not all-inclusive: Major trauma, including fractures of multiple extremities, stab wounds, open wounds of the chest and abdomen, head trauma, suspected spine injuries, lacerations, amputations.
Major medical emergencies such as cardiac arrest, myocardial infarction, respiratory failure, shock.
Obstetrical emergencies such as deliveries of single or multiple births, acute pregnancy complications, vaginal bleeding.
Pediatric emergencies, including neonatal resuscitations.
Acute psychiatric problems, including suicide attempts.
Lower-acuity complaints including viral illnesses, other infections, minor orthopedic problems, minor trauma, alcohol abuse (i.e.
"urgent care" patients).
Other miscellaneous medical problems both acute and chronic.
REQUIREMENTS Unrestricted license to practice medicine in any other U.S.
State or Territory.
ABEM-Certification is preferred, but other Board Certifications are acceptable (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine certification) with no less than 2 years full-time ER experience in a high-volume ED.
Must be MD or DO and be capable of treating patients of all ages.
Must have and maintain current certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS by way of an American Heart training program (AHA or Red Cross).

Work with physicians and technologists in the sleep program within the Department of Neurology.
Responsibilities will include sleep clinic, reading sleep studies and teaching sleep fellows.
In addition, the physician will participate in reading EEGs (routine and long term and other neurophysiologic studies.
Work independently, caring for outpatients in an established sleep specialty clinic.
Cooperate with and participate in medical duties or functions related to quality-of-care review and improvement.
Work closely and collaboratively with all members of the Sleep Clinic team, and the Neurology department clinical and administrative staff.

- Must be familiar with the site operations of a General and Sub-contractor and the process of managing a building construction operation.
- Must have working experience in monitoring the construction for Quality Assurance.
- Must have experience in preparing, analyzing and identifying incongruities and deficiencies in the contractors’ work in relationship with the construction documents.
- Must understand the baseline schedule and assist in determining the value of the acceptable work in place.

Position Responsibilities: · Maintain accurate records, in excel or notes, to support or verify correct allocations that need to be submitted by product and business · Collaborate and respond to requests from sales, marketing, and supply chain operations to support MDS customer service excellence · Partner cross-functionally to correct issues impacting customer delivery or various escalation requests · Monitor inventory reports and alert network team to move product when inventory is in the incorrect DC/storage location · Participate in meetings with key stakeholders to review allocation status for the team or BOTs · Learn, gain access to, and leverage various systems in support the requests, including SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, or Excel, and navigate challenges with minimal supervision as proficient from training · Comply with all local, state, and federal safety regulations, policies, and procedures, including Hazardous waste regulations, through consistent application of sound quality assurance principles Position Qualifications: · 2-6 years of experience in supply planning, distribution, order management, or other supply chain environment · Strong Problem solving, good communication/customer service skills, and discipline to learn · Experience utilizing SAP is preferred · A minimum of a Associate’s Degree in Supply Chain, Production Engineering, Business, Logistics, Operations Management, or other relevant field Note: This is a W2 contract role – C2C & 3 rd party candidates WILL NOT be considered .

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking skilled Make-Ready Designers (primary focus) and Power Distribution Designers to support engineering programs for major electric and telecom utilities. Ideal candidates bring demonstrated experience in overhead utility pole design, NESC application, clearance assessment, pole loading analysis, and construction package development. Useful design platforms include DDS, Katapult, O-Calc, GIS, MicroStation, AutoCAD, or client-specific drafting systems.
In this role, you will review field/walkout data, evaluate existing attachment conditions, model pole loading, determine make-ready requirements, and prepare accurate construction-ready deliverables. Applicants without utility pole design or distribution engineering experience will not be considered.

Requirements:
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher in engineering, drafting, or a related field is preferred
