I’m working with a growing General Contractor in Hawaii hiring a Senior Estimator due to increased project volume and management capacity needs.
This role supports a diverse portfolio including commercial, healthcare, hospitality, multifamily, retail, and restaurant projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review plans, specs, and CSI scopes to build detailed estimates and SOVs
- Conduct site walks and identify constructability risks
- Develop bid strategies, manage RFQs, subcontractor pricing, and addendums
- Perform takeoffs, labor/material pricing, and compile bid packages
- Analyze scope, cost, and schedule risks and clearly communicate impacts
- Coordinate bid reviews, submissions, and handoffs to PM teams
