• 12+ years of experience in consulting, data strategy, analytics, or digital transformation, with strong exposure to the Industrial or Communications sectors.

  
  

• Hands-on experience modernizing data ecosystems, including migrating from legacy on-premise platforms to modern cloud-native or hybrid cloud architectures.

  
  

• Deep expertise with major cloud platforms and their data/analytics stacks, including implementation experience with:

Lead and supervise journeyman and apprentice electricians on commercial projects across Indiana. Own safety, productivity, quality, and material procurement while coordinating schedules, inspections, and daily reporting to deliver code-compliant installations on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily work, assign crews, and mentor apprentices.

The Sr. Process RSPC, Cheese & Powder Project Manager is responsible for managing and leading projects related to the RSPC's areas and the process manufacturing of our cheeses and powder products, from design to full implementation and support the plant production and quality operations. Working with Operations, Research and Development, the Project Manager will be responsible for optimizing the various production systems, which directly and indirectly support the manufacturing process by implementing new process or modifying actual process. The Associate Grants Manager works directly with the Director, Government and Industry Affairs and with the Senior Funding Advisor on initiatives aimed at securing public funding for priority projects across the Lactalis USA footprint. The position is responsible for sourcing and understanding technical information provided by Manufacturing, Human Resources, Engineering, Finance and other business units and then translating that information into language suitable for a grant application. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to various internal and external audience needs. Typical interactions will include grant administrators or state and municipal agencies - for example, when clarifications are needed regarding eligible expenses, program timelines, etc.

In addition to helping identify funding opportunities that match Lactalis USA's long-term funding priorities and managing applications/interactions, this role will manage reporting and compliance processes for successful applications along with internal project tracking reports.

The successful candidate will report to the Director of Government and Industry Affairs and be based in our downtown Chicago office.

• SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Holds a critical cross-functional role at Lactalis USA - across all brands, offices and manufacturing sites - responsible for both the strategic and financial dimensions of grant acquisition and management.
• Under the leadership of the Director, Government and Industry Affairs, this position conducts grant writing, proposal development and coordination with program teams, while also drafting grant budgets, preparing financial documentation, and ensuring compliance with grantor and internal financial standards.
• Gathers internal financial and technical project data for planned investments for new U.S. capital projects, production lines, expansion of existing activities, innovation, efficiency/optimization of resources, automation, staff training, transition to green energy sources or other ESG-related initiatives and assess if the projects contemplated may qualify for government incentives (i.e. 'right fit' between business drivers behind a project and funding program themes, objectives and requirements).
• Manages relationships with grant administrators, federal, state and local agencies. Identifies new opportunities for relationship-building.
• Compiles, tracks, updates and memorializes current U.S. funding programs and opportunities administered by Lactalis USA divisions.
• Communicates with external program administrators to gather program information (eligible applicants, eligible projects and activities, eligible expenditures, assessment criteria, etc.).
• Supports the development, execution and monitoring of funding application engagement plans (orienting the right projects towards the right programs to maximize opportunities).

• Enters data and qualitative information in internal tools (e.g. Excel, Qlik or other databases) to track funding applications and compliance/reporting for approved funding. Prepares reports, tables, diagrams, or other types of figures that will improve the effectiveness of internal and external communication products.
• Builds cross-departmental collaboration around funding opportunities and performance reporting.
• Develops and refines standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and internal workflows to strengthen grants management capacity. Provide training and technical assistance to staff on grant proposal development and compliance with best practices.
• Supports the Director, Government and Industry Affairs, and the Vice President of Communications and Government Affairs, on other regulatory, government relations or industry relations matters, administrative management, budget management and other divisional and company priorities.

Experience:

• Minimum two (2) years of grants management or grants administration experience.
• General knowledge of federal, state and local grant and funding incentive environments.
• Prior experience in securing private or public funding for large capex projects or in the consumer-packed goods industry is a plus.

Competencies

• Strong detail and process orientation, with experience creating, organizing and editing technical documentation as well as distilling complex manufacturing and engineering concepts into simple language.
• Self-starter who works with minimal supervision and the ability to manage multiple projects and reporting in a deadline-driven environment.
• Works well in a large multi-site environment with cross-functional stakeholders.

Job Summary:

The Sr. Category Manager of Professional Services, HR Benefits, and Financial Services, will oversee all sourcing related activities and processes associated with the acquisition of goods and services, in spend areas that include: HR Benefits, Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Services, Financial Services, Tax, Accounting, and Finance Consulting. Sourcing related activities include: requirements gathering, identifying sources, creating and issuing Requests for Proposal (RFP), proposal evaluation, contract negotiations, contract drafting, contract administration, and spend analytics. This position will be functionally responsible for ensuring compliance with company procurement policies, ethical and legal business practices, and lowest total cost of ownership procurement.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Align and collaborate with business executives of functional areas to understand business strategy and develop strategic sourcing strategies to drive optimal value in the purchase of goods and services.
• Lead and support contract negotiations with key suppliers to improve cost, quality, delivery, diversity, and safety in the supply base.
• Lead and coach internal business partners and team members on the sourcing process. Sourcing Process includes gathering requirements, market analysis, identifying sources, RF(x) management, proposal evaluation, negotiations, contract creation, contract management, spend analysis, and long-term category planning.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprised of business managers, legal, risk management, information security, and other impacted organizations to coordinate company sourcing activities. The candidate will need to build and analyze financial models to evaluate proposal scenarios and present recommendations in a clear and concise format.
• Provide regular communication to Business and Supply Chain leadership on project status, contract renewals, category performance, and various initiatives

Key Skills:

• Must have a thorough understanding of contracting principles and contract structure, with competencies in the areas of facilities, construction and related areas.
• Must have strong leadership and team building skills to integrate and motivate people from different organizations to work together in achieving process objectives and project goals.
• Must be adept at communicating with vendors and internal business partners to establish and maintain credibility for the sourcing function, while increasing service to our internal business partners - improving the quality and performance levels of the supply base to achieve the lowest total cost to the Company.
• Skilled in negotiating, renegotiating, and administering contracts with suppliers and vendors such that the best interest of the Company is paramount. Must be capable and experienced in negotiating large scale, enterprise-wide supplier agreements.

• Demonstrates excellent oral communication skills to convey technical information to both internal and external sources, including non-technical audiences.
• Must have excellent written communication skills to effectively and accurately convey detailed and complex information regarding contract specifications, policies and procedures to consultants/contractors and internal clients.
• Must have experience in effectively establishing procurement strategy and decision criteria and in bringing decisions to closure while demonstrating business acumen and good judgment.
• Computer skills should include proficiency in MS Office including: Word, Excel and Power Point. Experience working with E-Sourcing Platforms, and Access or other database tools.
• Must be able to maintain a high level of customer service in a work environment of numerous competing demands.
• Able to comfortably interface with all levels of Management, inside & outside the organization

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting or Engineering. MBA or equivalent background is preferred.
• Professional purchasing certification or Lean Six-Sigma is desirable.
• Solid background in supply chain management, procurement, or project management with an emphasis on strategic sourcing with 7+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing materials and services for major projects in a fast paced environment.

As an Analyst, People Analytics, you will build and maintain the data infrastructure that powers our analytics work, and use AI-assisted development tools to do it faster than a team this size normally could. You’ll extract data from source systems like Workday and CultureAmp, transform and load it into BigQuery, and ensure the datasets behind our dashboards and reports are accurate, fresh, and well-documented. You’ll also support analysis and reporting across the team.

This is a technical, hands-on role. On a typical day, you might use an AI coding assistant to build a new data pipeline in the morning, debug a data quality issue after lunch, and write a SQL query to answer an executive’s question before end of day. We work in an AI-assisted development workflow where agentic tools are part of the everyday toolkit - not an experiment, but how we ship.

This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely curious, likes building things that others depend on, and is excited to work at the intersection of data engineering and AI-augmented development.

Key Responsibilities

Data Pipeline Development & Maintenance

• Build and maintain Python-based ETL processes that extract data from Workday APIs and other source systems
• Load and transform data into BigQuery with appropriate schemas and structure
• Monitor pipeline runs and resolve failures or data quality issues
• Handle edge cases like API changes, schema drift, and missing data gracefully

Data Quality & Validation

• Implement validation checks to ensure accuracy between source systems and warehouse
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies surfaced by reports or dashboard users
• Document data lineage, transformations, and known quality issues

Analysis & Reporting

Required

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience pharma process engineering experience, with at least 6 years of bioprocess engineering experience (upstream or downstream)

• Excellent written and spoken English is required including the preparation of technical documents in English

• Experience in leading teams.

• Experience with, and knowledge of some of the typical Biotechnology processes & peripheral systems is required; Upstream Biotech Processes (Fermentation, Bioreactors, Centrifugation, Thawing), Downstream / Purification Biotech Processes (chromatography, TFF, DF, NF-MF), Fill & Finish equipment, Media Preparation, CIP/SIP systems, Buffer Preparation, clean utilities (PW, WFI, CS, PS)

• Possess leadership skills, and be able to take initiative to lead projects, involving multiple stakeholders, departments, and varying complexity.

• Possess mentorship skills, to coach and develop junior and intermediate employees.

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset.
