Job Responsibilities

• Remain informed and up to date on new drugs, therapies and developments in the pharmacy industry.
• Adhere to all company, state, federal policies, laws and regulations including HIPAA.
• Continuously build professional rapport with outside partners including physicians, nurses, medical assistants, drug reps and vendors.
• Maintain production rates and meet quality expectations as determined by leadership.
• Train and mentor new team members upon hire.
• Administer immunizations.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment for all team members.
• Verify accurate replenishment of system canisters with appropriate medication.
• Model excellent patient care.
• Verify all filled prescriptions for accuracy using company quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Quality check all prescriptions to ensure accurate medication/durable medical equipment is dispensed.
• Address and resolve prescription order exceptions as necessary.
• Complete incoming/outgoing prescription transfers.
• Assist Team Leader in maintaining inventories, ordering products and supplies.
• Maintain a neat and sterile work environment to ensure all company, local, state and federal government requirements are met.
• Perform duties of Pharmacy Manager and technician as required.
• Assist technicians in interpretation of prescriptions and third party billing.
• Complete required paperwork and have knowledge of the audit process.
• Maintain production metrics and operational goals.
• Attend and participate in quarterly CQI meetings.

The Local Driver is responsible for the safe operation of company trucks for timely delivery of products to customer and company locations. The driver will safely load, unload and transfer products as needed utilizing various equipment and forklifts within the branch location, trucks/trailers and sites. Position Responsibilities may include:

Position Overview:

The Finishing Technician supports daily manufacturing operations in the areas of safety, product quality, throughput, and workplace organization. This role performs hands on finishing, patching and repairing parts within the process flow of ceramics-based finished goods. The technician will use visual magnification techniques and equipment and machines to assist in the validation of production to meet daily and weekly production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Finish intricate, ceramic components by removing or repairing various types of visual and feature indications with precision tools and techniques.

* Perform in-process and final inspections using calibrated instruments and visual standards to ensure dimensional accuracy and cosmetic quality.

* Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.

* Achieve team production and efficiency goals by meeting or exceeding operational and quality standards.

* Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to resolve build or process issues and support continuous improvement.

* Work cross functionally to perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to promote a culture of teamwork and efficiency such as assisting in develop and execution of engineering experiments as requested. Communicate effectively with production leadership, Quality, and Engineering to identify and resolve production issues.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with 6S and EHS policies and adherence to PPE and chemical hygiene protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience:
