Title: Raw Material Inspector
Location: Bristol, PA
Schedule: M-F 8-5pm with some occasional weekend work
Duration: 3- 6 months with possibility to go longer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform physical, visual, and analytical inspection/sampling of incoming raw materials and packaging components in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and sampling plans.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of inspections following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and cGMP regulations.
- Label and manage the status of materials in the warehouse, including Quarantine, Released, or Rejected.
- Utilize laboratory equipment (e.g., balances, pH meters, moisture analyzers, infrared spectrometers, endotoxin) to verify identity and purity.
- Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials to QA and Procurement. Initiate deviations or material rejection reports when necessary.
- Review Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure the sampling area and equipment are properly maintained, calibrated, and cleaned.
- Author, review and approve SOPs, protocols, reports, and other quality and regulated records for accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations, international standards.

This position is part of the Sony Pictures Television – Game Show Group and sits within the Brand Creative & Digital Marketing team. As a Graphic Designer for our team, you will have the opportunity to work on legendary IPs like Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune, along with associated sub-brands. You may also have the chance to work on up-and-coming projects, like shows in our development pipeline, plus help support our Licensing & Brand Partnerships team. The Graphic Designer, Game Shows reports to the Executive Creative Director, Game Shows and the Senior Manager of Creative Operations & Production. The Graphic Designer concepts and executes strategic design solutions primarily for social and digital asset creation, in addition to other projects e.g. logos, show graphics packages, print installations, etc. Must be able to work as a team member, but also be a resourceful self-starter. See projects from concept through execution with a fair amount of autonomy. Projects include, but are not limited to: emails, microsites, EPKs, social content, landing pages, retouching talent/contestant imagery, and banner ads. In addition to various website deliverables, this person will be helping to support across primary social and digital channels for Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! This includes Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/X, and Pinterest. Must posses a deep understanding of traditional graphic design, plus static, video, and animated asset production, and best practices for social and digital assets. This person is a great communicator and is punctual. Raises hands if there are any concerns around capacity and/or deadlines. They maintain an efficient workflow and process and promptly communicates any issues regarding design and production to management. Manages assets and archives projects accordingly, understands delivery, and has the ability to respond to business demands in a fast-paced environment. Work Experience Requirements
- 3-4 years in social and/or digital environment
- Television/broadcast media, agency and/or content studio experience is required
- Proficient working knowledge of Abobe Creative Suite required; PowerPoint and/or Keynote experience is a plus.
- Ability to juggle shifting deadlines, manage projects from concept through execution with little-to-no supervision.
- Excellent compositing skills, typography, color correction, retouching required
- Familiarity with a wide range of design deliverables across print, web, digital, experiential, broadcast is a plus

Job Functions:
- Ensure completion of require training, work (including document review, batch release, QA on-the-floor, AQLs), and timely release of materials and batches.

Job Functions
- Manage and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with FDA cGMP regulations (21 CFR Parts 210, 211, 330, and 700), USP standards, and internal policies
- Oversee Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, and OOS/OOT processes to ensure regulatory compliance
- Ensure compliance with FDA, USP, and ICH guidelines applicable to OTC drug products
- Maintain and revise SOPs, batch records, and master manufacturing documents
- Lead internal audits and coordinate FDA and third-party regulatory audits; prepare responses and manage CAPA implementation
- Review and approve batch production records, analytical data, and Certificates of Analysis prior to material and product release
- Manage lot disposition, rework, reprocessing, QMRs, MDRs, and related quality documentation

Title: Lead Production Operator
Location: Rockville, MD

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Lead a team of production technicians in their daily tasks of assembling, labeling, and packaging may take place in a cleanroom environment. Must adhere to proper gowning procedures
- Label and assemble finished product components and kits for inventory and shipping
- Work alongside of the Manufacturing Supervisor to help forecast and plan continuing manufacturing efforts to ensure an on time delivery.
- Label and assemble study kits in support of clinical research services
- Pull kits from inventory stock and quality check to prepare for shipping
- Remove finished products from the machine and separate rejected items
- Stock, sort, and secure products for packaging
- Inspect intermediate and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Remove defective products and packaging material
- Clean packaging containers, workstations, and floors daily and as needed with the use of chemicals such as bleach
- Maintain accurate records of assembly activities, including documenting any deviations from standard procedures or any issues encountered during the process
- Follow all relevant regulations, standards, and protocols related to manufacturing and assembly of products and kits, such as GMP or ISO standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

As the Superintendent, here’s the work you’ll do:
- Provide direction to Craft employees to meet Safety Goals, Quality requirements, Cost, Schedule, and design requirements.
- Coordinate job planning, work methods, subcontractors, equipment usage and rentals, and procurement of supplies and tools.
- Responsible for ensuring crew/team compliance to the DZ Safety Program and Quality Program.
- Responsible for conducting all work within guidelines, policies, and ethical standards established by the company. Maintains all business records and reports properly and honestly, to protect company and client assets. Evaluates subordinates based on their commitment to the Codes of Ethics and Standards of Business Conduct and acts as a role model.
- Personally engages in field walkdowns of planned and ongoing Craft and Construction activities.
- Performs inspection of work in progress to assess status and resolve problems firsthand.
- Responsible for direct interaction providing planning scheduling and updates to client and site leadership.

- Experience working under an ASME NQA-1 Quality Assurance Program
- Five (5) years of related work experience in a Maintenance/Modification or Construction environment focusing on welding fabrication / installation or a Bachelor’s degree in related field of study preferred.

Our lead scheduler is responsible for performing all aspects of scheduling. Capable of creating and maintaining an EPC schedule with minimal supervision and, in turn, may provide some technical guidance to less experienced scheduling personnel.
As the Lead Scheduler here’s the work you’ll do:
- Develop and/or modify project schedule and or the integration of multiple project schedules into an overall Master Project Schedule
- Work with Engineering, Construction, and Operational teams to develop detailed schedules and Responsible for keeping these schedules current.
- Schedule development to allow for earned value, productivity measurement and tracking based on construction work area and functional discipline.
- Analyzing and auditing schedules.
- Manage key quantity tracking for progress measurement.
- Lead all schedule discussions and formal schedule meetings.
- Provide reports and report out at executive level review meetings on project status.
This role is for you if you have these skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Must possess critical thinking skills and ability to independently solve problems.

- Thorough understanding of Primavera (P6) scheduling software

We are seeking an experienced Monitoring Quality Oversight Manager to support multiple oncology clinical trials for one of our growing biotech client. This role provides strategic and hands-on oversight of CRO monitoring activities to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and high-quality trial execution. The position partners closely with Clinical Operations, CROs, and Quality teams to identify risks, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement across studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform monitoring quality oversight across multiple clinical studies
- Develop and execute monitoring oversight plans and risk mitigation strategies
- Review monitoring plans, reports, and trends; implement corrective actions as needed
- Provide subject matter expertise to internal teams and external partners
- Support SOP development, training initiatives, and inspection readiness
- Present oversight findings and recommendations to leadership
- Track monitoring metrics and follow up on CAPAs
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field
- 6+ years of biotech/pharma experience, including 3+ years in monitoring oversight
- Oncology clinical trial experience required
- Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines
- Proven CRO oversight and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
