Salary and Other Compensation:

Reporting to the VP, Brand Integrity, Ethics and Investigations, the Senior Counsel, International Trade Compliance is an experienced compliance lawyer responsible for advancing and managing the Company’s economic sanctions, customs, and export controls compliance programs and enabling compliance with ever-changing and complex global requirements. Such individual is responsible for continually assessing the Company’s sanctions and export compliance risk and in conjunction with other key stakeholders updating, designing and implementing appropriate controls to mitigate such risks.

The individual will have extensive interaction with other members of the Legal Team, the Senior Leadership Team, business teams, as well as with numerous other internal organizations.

Responsibilities

The Senior Counsel, International Trade Compliance is responsible for serving as the internal subject matter expert on applicable global laws and regulations pertaining to economic sanctions, customs and export controls and their impact on the Company’s business (e.g., OFAC, ITAR, and EAR). Such individual is also responsible for developing, enhancing, and implementing the Company’s international trade and export compliance programs and associated procedures to enable compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Such duties will include the following:

• Identify and manage sanctions, customs, and export control compliance issues, escalate and remediate as appropriate;
• Advise the business on sanctions, customs, and export controls compliance, risks, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct sanctions, customs, and export compliance risk assessments and recommend changes to applicable policies and procedures;
• Lead trade and export compliance investigations and manage submissions and disclosures to governmental entities as required;
• Provide oversight to business units highly dependent upon trade, customs or export compliance programs (e.g., ITAR);

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize existing network and actively source new candidates through various channels such as referrals, social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific healthcare roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to understand their career goals, preferences, and availability.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including resume writing, interview preparation, and career coaching.
• Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with healthcare staffing requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or Clinical Recruiter, with a proven track record of success in recruiting clinical staff.
• Established network of healthcare professionals, including nurses, allied health professionals, and other clinical specialists.
• Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, licensure requirements, and clinical credentials.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other HR tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously

Overview

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Enterprise Compliance organization in the implementation and integration of a risk assessment AI tool within the broader Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) ecosystem. This role will focus on assisting in driving the execution of the system integration and implementation of the system tool(s), coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in driving the day-to-day execution of a GRC system implementation and integration initiative
• Partner with Enterprise Compliance, Risk, Legal, and technology teams to gather, document, and refine business and system requirements
• Translate business processes into clear requirements, workflows, and user stories
• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks using tools such as Jira and MS Project
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project artifacts, including requirements documentation, workflows, and test scripts
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case development and validation of outcomes
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders to keep deliverables on track and within scope

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing system implementation or integration projects
• Demonstrated ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into actionable requirements
• Strong experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including compliance, risk, and legal teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from $120k/yr in our lowest geographic market up to $140k/yr in our highest geographic market.
