POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a strategic and driven Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts and drive revenue growth in the construction management services sector.   • Actively engage in prospecting and lead generation through methods such as cold calling, networking and targeted outreach.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities using hands-on selling techniques.

  • Collaborate with estimating and project management teams to ensure accurate proposals and seamless project handoffs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, emerging opportunities and client feedback to refine sales activities.
  • Actively represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions, engaging prospects and clients through relationship-driven selling activities and consistent follow-up to convert connections into opportunities.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity to senior leadership.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA)

  • Track record of implementing and executing a proven, structured sales process that consistently delivers results, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and closing.
  • Established network of Developers, Architects and Owners within the construction industry, primarily the life science, industrial, healthcare and technology
  • Experience working in a mid-sized company environment.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
  • Familiarity with local and regional construction markets for the mid-atlantic region.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Engines and generators we represent include Suzuki Outboards, John Deere, Yanmar and Scania. We need an addition to our team who has at least 2 yrs of in-depth experience working on outboard and inboard gas engines and electrical and plumbing. We need someone who can work on a team, is reliable, has a positive attitude, professional appearance, good attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
This is a Full-time Hourly position 40+ hours per week.
Key Duties:
Perform mechanical and technical work on diesel and gas motors, engines, generators and systems of various size vessels (30-100 ft) and industrial equipment. This includes heavy and light duty mechanical, electrical and plumbing repairs.
Requirements:
Min. 2+ yrs in-depth knowledge and marine mechanical experience on diesel and gas outboards and inboards with the ability to independently trouble shoot.
- Must have experience operating standard mechanical tools and diagnostic software.
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 60lbs, climb ladders, work in small compartments/spaces, work on feet a full day, able to wear personal protective equipment such as respirator, safety glasses, hearing protection.
- Able to complete projects in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Ensure project work orders are executed as written and all work is complete, meeting company standards.
- Plan with and receive direction from management regarding current and upcoming projects.
- Receive direction from and provide feedback to manager including job status, problems, better solutions or recommended adjustments to the plan.

ROLE OVERVIEW: 


The PR & Social Media Manager plays a key role in shaping and amplifying LESET’s brand voice across social, press, and cultural touchpoints. This is a highly collaborative position for someone who is equal parts creative and operational. You’ll support day-to-day social media execution and PR operations while partnering closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure LESET shows up consistently, intentionally, and beautifully across platforms. From managing content calendars and engaging with our community to coordinating press pulls, influencer gifting, and events, this role sits at the intersection of creativity, organization, and relationship-building.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 


Social 


  • Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms 
  • Maintain the social media calendar and support cross-functional content planning
  • Write on-brand, engaging captions and ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging
  • Provide support in community management 
  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community
  • Assist with content calendars, campaign timelines, and approvals 
  • Source and organize UGC and influencer content 
  • Maintain an organized content and asset library 
  • Track performance and compile weekly and monthly social media reports 
  • Stay current on social trends, tools, and best practices 


PR 


  • Assist with day-to-day PR needs, including sample trafficking, returns, and inventory tracking
  • Coordinate press pulls and stylist requests in partnership with external PR agencies
  • Maintain press contact lists, coverage trackers, and seasonal line sheets 
  • Support gifting initiatives and influencer seeding efforts 
  • Help prepare assets for press outreach including imagery, credits, and product details
  • Manage Press email account 
  • Manage seasonal gifting target lists and facilitate said shipments 
  • Liaison with PR & Store teams for in store VIP / Influencer appointments 
  • Support event planning, launches, and influencer/partner collaborations 
  • Support basic photo/video coordination or asset sourcing as needed 


Qualifications 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in PR, social media, or communications (internships count)
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail 
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar); experience with social or PR tools a plus (e.g., Dash Hudson, Launchmetrics, etc.) 
  • Basic understanding of media relations and digital analytics 
  • Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn

* Inventory & Warehouse: Pull delivery items, double checking against rental packing list before loading, check inventory upon pickup to ensure no items are missing and report any damaged equipment or delivery issues.

As a member of the BDS Air Dominance Loads & Dynamics (L&D) Capability Team, you will be part of a core engineering team directly supporting production and development programs including F-15, F/A-18, T-7A, MQ-25, and proprietary programs. The L&D team is looking for individuals with experience in flight vehicle structural dynamics, including aeroacoustics, buffet, vibration, and shock. Position commensurate with experience level.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead in developing air vehicle environments for vibrations, shock, and/or acoustic noise

  • Collaborate with the airframe & subsystems design and analysis engineers to generate integrated models for flight vehicle analysis consistent with a Model Based Engineering (MBE) environment

  • Perform analysis for buffet, aeroacoustics, and vibration to support air vehicle design and stores integration

  • Define flight envelopes and operational limits based on analysis and/or test results

  • Develop flight test and ground test plans

  • Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and custom laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations
  • Preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers of noncitizens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations
  • Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband
  • Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks
  • Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.

Qualifications

You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following: 

Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; OR 

Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR 

Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education. This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application. 

You qualify for the GL-7 grade level if you possess one of the following: 

Experience: One year of specialized work experience that shows you have the skills necessary to: 

  • Make sound judgments and decisions in the use of firearms.
  • Deal effectively with people in a courteous and tactful manner in connection with law enforcement matters.
  • Analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions where you will be expected to make arrests after the completion of required training and apply these skills in a law enforcement capacity such as criminal code enforcement, determining violations of laws, correctional or rehabilitation work involving criminal offenders, security, military, etc.

The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.

Education Substitution for the GL-7 grade level: A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement, which is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average (i.e., GPA of 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0), or (3) honor society membership. Or will receive a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. Or one full year of graduate-level education in a field of study related to law enforcement (e.g., criminal justice, homeland security, justice studies, law enforcement, courts and judicial systems, forensic technology, forensic psychology, or corrections and rehabilitation) from an accredited college or university; OR 

A Combination of Experience and Education: This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application. 

Note: If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GL-9 and or GS-11 grade level. Please refer to the BPA GL-9 - 11 announcement.

Other Requirements

Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position. 

Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (includes protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years. 

Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Border Patrol Agent position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. The age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving or have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement (non-military)
