What You'll Do
- Accurately evaluate and grade diamonds, gemstones, jewelry, and watches using gemological tools and industry-standard forms of testing
- Perform all key tests to determine proper assessment of jewelry
- Provide the written gemological information for each listing following our cataloguing template
- Assist your teammates on the Hampton Estate Auction team for any auction related operational tasks
What You Have:
- GIA Certification preferred, AJP or Graduate Degree (GG)
- Ability to grade, evaluate and price a large volume of diamonds, gemstones, jewelry, and watches
- Keen eye to scrutinize auction items in order to detect and reject items that fall below our minimum requirements, such as imitations and synthetics, as well as damaged articles.
- 3+ years related jewelry experience with a diamond/gemstone focus
- Organization skills required
- Sense of urgency to ensure timely and reliable product flow through collaboration with receiving and photography teams
- Diligent, self-starter who thrives working independently
- Flexibility in regard to work schedule as days leading up to each auction tend to be longer

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA)
- Track record of implementing and executing a proven, structured sales process that consistently delivers results, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and closing.
- Established network of Developers, Architects and Owners within the construction industry, primarily the life science, industrial, healthcare and technology
- Experience working in a mid-sized company environment.

You'll have a sense of accomplishment and comradery working on industrial equipment, recreational and commercial boats from 20-100+ feet. We are a friendly, customer service oriented, diesel marine and industrial engine dealership and boat yard. Engines and generators we represent include Suzuki Outboards, John Deere, Yanmar and Scania. We need an addition to our team who has at least 2 yrs of in-depth experience working on outboard and inboard gas engines and electrical and plumbing. We need someone who can work on a team, is reliable, has a positive attitude, professional appearance, good attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
This is a Full-time Hourly position 40+ hours per week.
Key Duties:
Perform mechanical and technical work on diesel and gas motors, engines, generators and systems of various size vessels (30-100 ft) and industrial equipment. This includes heavy and light duty mechanical, electrical and plumbing repairs.
Requirements:
Min. 2+ yrs in-depth knowledge and marine mechanical experience on diesel and gas outboards and inboards with the ability to independently trouble shoot.
- Must have experience operating standard mechanical tools and diagnostic software.
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 60lbs, climb ladders, work in small compartments/spaces, work on feet a full day, able to wear personal protective equipment such as respirator, safety glasses, hearing protection.
- Able to complete projects in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Ensure project work orders are executed as written and all work is complete, meeting company standards.
- Plan with and receive direction from management regarding current and upcoming projects.
- Receive direction from and provide feedback to manager including job status, problems, better solutions or recommended adjustments to the plan.
- Customer service oriented and a positive "do what it takes" attitude.
- Must be able to work under pressure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social
- Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms
- Maintain the social media calendar and support cross-functional content planning
- Write on-brand, engaging captions and ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging
- Provide support in community management
- Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community
- Assist with content calendars, campaign timelines, and approvals
- Source and organize UGC and influencer content
- Maintain an organized content and asset library

PR
- Assist with day-to-day PR needs, including sample trafficking, returns, and inventory tracking

- Support gifting initiatives and influencer seeding efforts
- Help prepare assets for press outreach including imagery, credits, and product details
- Manage Press email account
- Manage seasonal gifting target lists and facilitate said shipments
- Liaison with PR & Store teams for in store VIP / Influencer appointments
- Support event planning, launches, and influencer/partner collaborations
- Support basic photo/video coordination or asset sourcing as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in PR, social media, or communications (internships count)
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar); experience with social or PR tools a plus (e.g., Dash Hudson, Launchmetrics, etc.)

Pay: $114,000-135,000+ DOE
Flexible schedule: 3 days per week – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Summary:
Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is seeking a hand professional to join our clients expert surgical team as an Occupational Therapist, to treat various upper extremity disorders ranging from tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures, and more. We are seeking a therapist who has or is able to acquire their CHT (Certified Hand Therapist certification) and is skilled in custom splinting and other occupational hand related practices.
You will work with our Department CHT Lead and our surgeons to ensure you have what you need for success. You will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs in accordance with the occupational therapy principles and collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary treatment team to deliver quality patient care. Primary Responsibilities:
- Therapy Services: Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
- Patient Evaluation & Treatment: Evaluate patients upon physician referral, develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, administer procedures and modalities, and plan for discharge using occupational therapy techniques tailored to each patient’s age and needs.
- Case Management: Serve as a case manager for assigned patients, maintaining accurate records and updating treatment plans with physician approval as necessary.
- Patient & Family Education: Provide age-appropriate instructions to patients and their families on therapy procedures, home programs, and the use of assistive devices.
- Communication: Collaborate with the rehabilitation team, family, physicians, and third-party payers to discuss patient progress and program changes.
- Professional: Seeking positive interaction with staff and clients. Encouragement, team player and staff comradery.
- Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace, reporting any safety issues to supervisors.
Skills:
- Experience: Preferred – 1+ years in an acute hospital or outpatient hand clinic; (new graduates may be considered with experience).
- Solid experience in application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
- Skills: Strong foundational skills in occupational therapy evaluation, treatment across Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric age groups.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration – Caring, Communication, Collaboration, and Competence.
- Physical Effort: Must meet physical demands to lift/push/pull patients and equipment; reasonable accommodations provided if needed.
Requirements:
- Licensure & Certification: National registration and state licensure or registration required
- Nevada Occupational Therapy license, and current AHA (or equivalent) BLS certification.
- Certified Hand Therapist preferred.
- CPR certification
- Valid state driver’s license

The Opportunity – Portfolio Manager
- Report directly to the Chief Investment Officer
- Oversee a LIHTC portfolio of ~50 properties and ~5,000 units (including affordable, workforce and market-rate merchant build)
- Ensure Property Management team is hitting occupancy, keeping up with collections and rent increases, and meeting/exceeding financial goals
- Ensure Property Management team is executing the asset plans appropriately and accurately
- Coordinate the lease-up process (unit acceptance, inspections, startup timing, to conversion)
- Identify efficiencies in the portfolio
- Regularly review financials for the properties in the portfolio
- Represent ownership with Property Management
- Conduct annual site visits
- Coordinate monthly reporting to partners and lenders

Additional responsibilities may include:
- Oversee annual asset plans, cash distributions, and conversions
- Participate in transactions (LP exits, dispositions, acquisitions)
- Oversee quarterly REO schedule
- Responsible for monthly financial reporting to ownership
- Approve capex expenses that are unbudgeted or over a threshold
- Conduct annual site visits
- Review annual audits and tax returns
