Tatum by Randstad is working with a client located in downtown Los Angeles and is in need of an accounting consultant at either the senior accountant or accounting manager level to come in and assist with a month end project that will focus on handling a high volume of balance sheet reconciliations and assisting with the month end close. Our client is in the office 100% of the time and the person taking on this role would be handling the following duties:
Responsibilities:
- Balance sheet reconciliations and journal entry preparation
- Assist with the month end close process and financial statement preparation (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flow)

Qualifications:

Monitor and maintain time-sensitive materials and processes throughout the painting operation.
Support customer inspections as required and screen work instructions to ensure proper workflow.
Apply decals, part markings, and wrap finished parts or assemblies as required.
Recognize and report any discrepancies or malfunctions in equipment or processes per established procedures.
Obtain and maintain necessary certifications and qualifications for the role, and perform established autonomous maintenance as needed.
Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp cutters, and potential slipping hazards.

Job Description
Project Description: Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works independently. Typically reports to a manager. Image and deploy laptop and workstation systems for the Camp Grayling post. Occasional imaging and deployment/installation of equipment at other locations throughout the state may be required. Maintain and repair all program resources for Camp grayling Distance Learning Program (DLP). Perform system patching, updates, refresh of operating system image. Installation of all peripherals, projectors, printers, camera's, sound equipment and recording devices. Configuring, installation, and support of all video conferencing systems. Configuring and maintenance of bridge system for conferencing. Manage and coordinate calendars and scheduling tools for Camp Grayling DLC. Conduct inventory and document hand receipts for all incoming and outgoing equipment. Coordinate staff support of all equipment for end users. Maintain data to support metric requirements provided to National Guard Bureau program management. Schedule and coordinate all audio and video conferences with owned locations and distant locations throughout the world. Prepare rooms for scheduled video or audio conferences. Coordinate issuance and return of loaned endpoints, video and audio equipment, and ensure equipment is properly set-up and taken down in support of conference requirements as needed. Ensure classified video conferencing is conducted in appropriate areas and verify class level of all participants prior to connecting system. Ensure classified and un-classified conferences are tested prior to event date. Monitor all classified transmissions to ensure integrity of communication.
Skills Required:

All of these tasks represent 75% of an average workday. 3-5 years experience is required.
Education Required: High school graduate, college is not necessary but post HS training in computers is preferred. A+ certification, NW+ certification, preferred, Security+ required. US Secret clearance is required, applicants not eligible for a secret clearance are not eligible to work in this environment.
