  • Own the implementation, design, configuration, and continuous enhancement of SAP S/4HANA Product Costing (CO-PC) including standard cost planning, Material Ledger, cost component split, variance analysis, Margin Analysis (CO-PA), and Cost Center Accounting.

  • Act as the SME and escalation point for CO-PC, CO-PA and other CO related incidents. Identify gaps and opportunities for process standardization and automation within SAP CO-PC. Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Perform root cause analysis, recommend corrective actions, and develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects, perform unit/integration/UAT testing and coordinate with developers for RICEF object resolution (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
  • Conduct FIT/GAP analysis, develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects, perform unit/integration/UAT testing, and support cutover and go-live activities. Provide ongoing support for system stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Actively contribute to SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, S/4HANA roadmaps, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives with focus on CO and Product Costing streams.

  • Maintains and organizes supplies and equipment, purchases, and inventory materials, reconciles payments, p-card statements, contracts and billing.
  • Responsible for facility rentals, including calculating and processing payments, deposits, refunds, scheduling and overseeing rental staff.
  • Assists with data collection, reports, recordkeeping, expense, and revenue tracking, evaluating programs, new participant outreach, and quality assurance.
  • Provides administrative support for Munis, TRIM, AdobeSign, Lucity, and similar programs including creating, entering, and processing contracts and agreements.
  • Coordinates training and scheduling of staff, volunteers, and interns; provides emergency backup staffing as needed.
  • Creates and maintains instructor contracts and enters into the City's record management software. Coordinates the processing of contracts.
  • Assists with the organization and production of department events (i.e. Green Kirkland Program, community building events, etc.).
  • Assists with publicizing and promoting programs, program brochure preparation, and maintaining City webpages.
  • Inventories, purchases, maintains, and organizes program supplies and equipment.

Peripheral Duties:

  • Performs functions as assigned in the City's emergency response plan in the event of an emergency.

      3. 6 months of experience working in education, recreation, environmental, social or leisure services
  • Or: In place of the above requirements, the incumbent may possess any combination of relevant education and experience which would demonstrate the individual's knowledge, skill, and ability to proficiently perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.

Licenses and Other Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid Washington State driver's license.
  • Must possess or obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 6 months of hire.
  • 2 years of cashiering or bookkeeping experience preferred.

Work is performed primarily in an office or community center setting and outdoors. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. The Property Coordinator position supports the asset management function of Brennan Investment Group, a privately held industrial real estate investment firm which acquires, develops, and operates industrial properties in select major metropolitan markets throughout the United States. Under the general supervision of the National Property Administrator and day-to-day direction of the Property Managers, the Property Coordinator (PC) will collaborate with the operations, accounting and leasing teams to manage a portfolio of assets located in the Atlanta and Memphis regions. The PC will be responsive to tenant and vendor needs while completing multiple administrative tasks daily. The position will be fast-paced, requiring the PC to handle time-sensitive and/or confidential issues.


Location: Onsite in Rosemont, IL

Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 5:00pm


Responsibilities:

  • Process A/P invoices (coding, entering and obtaining proper approvals).
  • Assist in A/R process, updating tracking spreadsheets for tenant rent collections.
  • Arrange for utility transfers upon acquisition and/or disposition of an asset; also, arrange for transfers upon tenant move out or move in.
  • Contact existing tenants and vendors to obtain current insurance coverage. Utilize property management software to input, update, track, and verify.
  • Collect and file miscellaneous documents, such as maintenance contracts and emergency contact lists.
  • Assist Property Managers and Maintenance Technicians with coordinating tenant repair requests as directed by the Property Manager.
  • Prepare vendor contracts in collaboration with Property Managers, organize and maintain completed documents, and ensure executed contracts are entered into property management software.
  • Review vendor statements; obtain outstanding invoices for processing.
  • Support Property Managers in responding to tenant calls and requests, following direction from the Property Manager.
  • Use property management work order software to review requests and assist with follow-up upon completion.
  • Assist with tenant relation activities (email blasts, events, gifts, surveys, marketing, etc.).
  • Complete expense reports for property managers and submit for approval and processing.
  • Collaborate with Operations team on property tax appeal documentation and other administrative tasks related to property tax appeals.
  • All other duties as assigned by the supervisors.


Qualifications:

  • Requires 1-3 years’ experience in Administration or related field and/or training.
  • Ability to use computer software and web-based applications.
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

This is a field-driven leadership role on an active utility-scale solar construction project. The right candidate is not a clipboard-only administrator; this is a hands-on EHS leader who understands heavy civil activity, production schedules, and renewable energy buildouts.


Project Overview

Scope includes:

  • Collection system installation
  • Pile driving
  • Racking installation
  • Module install

This role will lead site-level EHS execution across multiple active scopes in a fast-moving renewable construction environment.


Position Summary

The Site EHS Manager will serve as the on-site safety authority and strategic partner to project leadership. This individual will drive hazard recognition, enforce safe work practices, coach field supervision, and maintain compliance while supporting schedule execution.

You must be comfortable operating in high-visibility, owner-driven environments where expectations are elevated, and documentation standards are high.


Core Responsibilities

  • Lead daily field safety presence across active scopes
  • Conduct site walks, hazard recognition, and corrective action follow-up
  • Oversee JHA/JSA development and field-level implementation
  • Interface with owner representatives and project leadership
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, client, and site-specific requirements
  • Investigating incidents and near misses with root cause discipline
  • Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings
  • Mentor foremen and superintendents on safe execution strategies
  • Maintain required safety documentation and reporting


Required Qualifications

  • OSHA 30 (Required)
  • 10+ years of construction safety experience
  • 5+ years of safety experience in renewable energy projects
  • One of the following:
  • CSP certification
  • CHST certification
  • EHS-related bachelor’s degree


Owner-Specific Qualification Requirements

The Site EHS Manager must meet at least two (2) of the following criteria:

  • OSHA 500 training (510 + 4 year’s experience or equivalent)
  • Current CHST certification
  • Current CSP certification
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of EHS experience
  • EHS-related degree from an accredited institution
  • 10 years of experience as an EHS Supervisor or Manager

This is a high-bar role aligned with owner standards. Candidates must clearly demonstrate depth of leadership and technical capability.
