Mechanical engineers at L3Harris have the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of design activities over a broad range of aircraft (both fixed-wing and rotary-wing). Mechanical engineers are responsible for developing designs ranging from the integration of state-of-the-art airborne systems into special mission aircraft to developing specialized aircraft modifications. The Structural Dynamics Engineer Lead will perform dynamic analysis and provide test (ground and flight) support for fixed wing and rotary aircraft to determine dynamic loads and/or dynamic characteristics of primary and secondary aircraft structure.

We’re hiring a Fixed Wing Pilot to provide medical air transportation services to our customers. This pilot will be qualified to fly our PC12 aircraft. Scheduled shifts run 14/14 and service day or night trips. Safety is a key pillar of our services; therefore, all of our pilots work on a quality, professional team that are committed to high safety standards for the crew and our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Pilot will work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
- Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and company requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
- Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and record keeping for shifts, load manifests, etc.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with both air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
- Provide shift change info to transitioning pilot and team, and follows protocols for recording company change board details.
- Pilots are accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing ground and air training.
- Committed to being on-time, reliable, professional and meet our elevated standards in safety and service.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Commercial Airplane Single Engine Land (C-ASEL) Required.
- The ideal candidate will have single pilot IFR experience.
- Previous medevac and/or cargo experience preferred.
- Ability to provide logbooks listing all flight dates and corresponding hours, along with a cumulative total that substantiates the time reported on the resume.
- Must be willing and able to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment.
- Valid and unexpired driver's license.
- Current FAA First- or Second-Class Medical Certificate.
- 2,500 Total Flight hours.

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Falcon 6X Captain to join our team. As a part of a high-touch flight operations department, the successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional operation of our 2026 model Falcon 6X aircraft for Part 91/135 operations.
This is a 3-pilot account supported by a dedicated factory trained Maintenance Technician and Cabin Attendant, flying Part 91 (200 hours) and Part 135 (150 hours) annually. Only applicants with experience in comparable ultra-long-range aircraft are being considered for this position. Preference is given to those with Falcon 6X/7X/8X EASy experience, and reside in the New York Metro or South Florida regions. The pilot will work closely with crew members and company management to ensure the smooth running of flight operations while maintaining a high standard of safety and customer service. The initial training class begins March 30 2026.

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor aircraft systems, identify potential issues and make sound decisions to maintain safety.
· Obtain the most current weather reports, forecasts and NOTAMs from flight service station or other authorized agency along the route and at airports, including alternate airports.
· Collaborate with ground operations and trip support to ensure seamless flight preparations and post-flight activities.
· Maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems which they are authorized to operate to include all emergency systems and procedures associated with the aircraft.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FAA regulations, company procedures and best practices.
· Log flight hours, submit reports, and maintain all required records including accurate completion of all trip paperwork in accordance with regulatory standards and current procedures.

Perform as an instructor in a specialized content area from one or more of the following areas of Aerospace Skills expertise: Electrical, Structural, Quality, Systems, etc.
Facilitate learning events and knowledge transfer by teaching and team coaching, observing and tracking student performance, adding key insights to enhance the delivery, conduct preparation, delivery and rostering of training to satisfy training requirement
Conduct training utilizing a variety of delivery methods and techniques, and customizes learning programs, courses, presentations and guides
Emphasize safety precautions to be taken in all training provided
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment, and address any problem behaviors in the classroom promptly in accordance with policies
Perform individual and group assessments, and recommend process and performance improvements
Conduct Train-the-Trainer Sessions to qualify additional instructors
