Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze complex legal and factual issues, conduct extensive, well-reasoned legal research, and independently develop and present defense strategies on behalf of clients.
- Prepare complex pleadings, written discovery, depositions (expert/fact/de bene esse), motions, and briefs in support of defense strategies.
- Provide effective and timely communications, information, legal advice, and other services to clients and claims personnel on legal and factual issues.
- Communicate with the court, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co-counsel in a manner consistent with established office procedures.
- Responsible for the prompt, efficient, and effective disposition of assigned cases.
- Prepare and present witnesses and evidence at trials, judicial and administrative hearings, arbitrations, and alternative dispute resolutions.
Qualifications
- J.D. and admission to the bar of the state in which you are seeking a position (admission in other states, such as NJ, WV, or DE, is a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance defense or related setting
- Litigation experience required (e.g., taking and defending depositions, preparation and filing of discovery and related motions, oral argument experience, etc.)
- Strong writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent work ethic.

JOB DUTIES
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Programmer III will be responsible for development support to expand and improve capabilities associated with the organization's critical operations.
In this role, the developer will design, develop, and implement innovative Power Platform solutions that streamline and automate key processes within the Wing.
Collaborate with end-users across different units to gather and analyze requirements for Power Platform solutions, including but not limited to PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a part-time Catering Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As Catering Supervisor, you will work under the direction of the department manager to ensure effective operations of all event spaces, including training and supervision of catering team members. What will you do?
- Train and supervise catering team members
- Ensure all food preparations, presentations, and service meet company standards
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and report any violations
- Answer guest questions and resolve guest complaints
- Ensure all workstations, pantries, and storerooms remain clean and sufficiently stocked
More about you
- Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests, and retain and communicate menu information and service preferences
- No college degree required
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean up.
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand.
- May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces.

What will you do?
- Inspect all stands and portable carts, ensuring areas remain clean, functional, and safe
- Evaluate and document the performance of team members
- Verify inventories before and after each event
- Ensure food is prepared correctly in a timely manner
- Assist with serving guests as business levels demand and resolve any issues that arise

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a food service position required
- Customer service experience required
- Supervisory or Leadership experience preferred
Physical requirements
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift stock up to 35 pounds occasionally
