- Must have an operable personal cell phone
- Must use personal cell phone to track (via app or text) when departing the restaurant with a catering order and when completing the delivery, in accordance with company safety procedures (which prohibit device usage while actively driving)

You are expected to deliver catering orders in a timely manner and set up the order according to required specifications.
Our Catering Delivery Drivers positively represent the organization at all times and possess a strong knowledge of the company and product.
A high level of customer service must be provided throughout the duration of the delivery.
Drivers arrive at the restaurant 30 minutes prior to all scheduled delivery times, confirm order checklist prior to leaving the restaurant, fill in the time that food should be consumed by and verbally communicate this to the customer when delivered.
Additionally, drivers provide support in the restaurant as necessary.
Qualified applicants must have a valid driver license, proper tags and registration for their vehicle, motor vehicle liability insurance and possess a cell phone.
Applicants must pass a thorough criminal background and motor vehicle check.

Housekeepers play an important role our home-away-from-home experience for each of our Guests every day. Their work can make all the difference for our Guests experience. The Housekeeping role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all hotel property Guest rooms which includes cleaning full kitchen areas, bathrooms, balconies, bedrooms, closets, furniture, art decor, windows, create special touches, placing special amenities and collateral in rooms, and changing linens and overall upkeep of guest rooms.
Responsibilities :
Housekeeper (AM/PM)- cleans approximately 14 units per day, which includes: making beds, cleaning bathrooms and dusting furniture
* Change bedding (bed sacks, blankets, duvet covers and inserts where applicable on specified days)
* Vacuuming and edging carpets, including underneath all furniture, and removing carpet spots
* Clean and touch up windows, walls and baseboards
* Clean patios/balconies, walls, floors and furniture
* Fold towels (may require special touches such as folding towels a certain way and crimping toilet paper and tissues)
* Cleaning of entrance of room including front and back of entrance door, surrounding wall area.
* Replace amenities in guest rooms
* Change shower liners/shower curtains, bed pads, etc.
* Replace glasses, mugs and carafes when servicing rooms; Includes cleaning coffee filters
* Change iron board covers as needed
* Stock cart/baskets and take inventory of amenities/linen/terry needed to replenish rooms

Basic Qualifications :

The Guest Service Representative (GSR) is responsible for delighting Thorntons' Guests with a fast, friendly, fresh, clean, and in-stock shopping experience. GSRs assist in maintaining brand standards through the execution of tasks within the Store Operating System, providing a craveable fresh food and beverage offering in a food safe environment, and supporting store goals and initiatives.

* Delivers guest service with a \"how may I help you\" attitude. Looks for opportunities to delight guests and follows instructions from store management.
* Practice safe working habits that align with company safety rules. Advise store management of any maintenance or safety problems.
