Position Summary
5F is seeking a highly motivated, organized HVAC Service Technician for our service department. This Central Texas-based position will be part of an exciting, fast-moving business, where everyone on the team needs to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work effectively in a highly collaborative environment. You are the right person for this job if you have a strong end-user focus and a passion for producing high-quality work. You must demonstrate the ability to efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources across multiple projects. You will work closely with other stakeholders to make decisions and find solutions quickly and with confidence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks for all types of chiller systems, air and water cooled, for both commercial and industrial.
- Positively respond to heavy workload of service calls in a professional manner.
- Ensures customers’ questions/concerns have been addressed before leaving the work site.
- Repair, troubleshoot and maintain packaged and split systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repairs various makes and models of equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair of industrial and commercial HVAC equipment primarily chillers but could include split systems, packaged rooftop units, cooling towers and pumps, as needed.
- Demonstrate ability to determine priorities based on call schedule, respond to inadvertent interruptions, carry proper tools and materials, and schedule vehicle maintenance.
- Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in the repair of air and water cooled, heating and air condition equipment in commercial and industrial buildings.
- Knowledge of electrical and control systems
- Keep supervisor and manager informed of new developments, changes, or customer complaints.
- Perform daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field.
- Participate in on call rotation, volunteer to take on new challenges and work assignments.
- Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers.

What will you do?
- Create weekly dining room menus from personal or established recipes.
- Supervise food prep maintaining quality, presentation, and sanitation standards, while verifying portion sizes, department rules and ensuring policies and procedures are maintained.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is working efficiently, supervising team members with cleaning and food production in their areas, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers, as well as supervising proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food.
- Actively maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership and assist in ordering and stocking supplies.
- Perform opening, closing and side work duties as instructed according to proper guidelines and all other duties assigned.
- Maintain professional communication with management and supervise, train, direct/lead all hourly and kitchen staff.
More about you
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
- Minimum two years' experience as a Line Cook, Lead Line Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor.
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or service environment preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others in a leadership capacity.
- Attentive and detailed oriented with basic math skills to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical requirements

This McDonald's is owned and operated by 4 Gen Restaurants. As a maintenance person in our restaurant, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the store. Daily tasks include filtering the oil vats, organizing the stock room, as well as cleaning the stainless, walls, ceilings, bathrooms, and walk-in cooler. Normal maintenance shifts are from 5AM-1PM. They can very slightly depending on your needs, but generally they are morning shifts only. No prior training is necessary as long as you are willing to learn and have a strong work ethic.

Our Maintenance positions are split into three tiers.

This role will be critical in delivering our brand messaging and product benefits across all Sephora US locations. This retail role includes executing trainings, store events, and sales support in Sephora US doors across their respective market.
Job ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution
- Responsible for driving brand retail sales and executing strategies and initiatives at Sephora US to achieve/exceed sales plans.
- Plan and execute retailer events, sales and training visits in respective service doors that impact brand awareness.

Relationship Management
