Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Designer to join the Karl Lagerfeld Paris team in a temporary assignment. This role will support the creation and design of a competitive product line that strikes a balance between relevant commercial product and brand-right emotional fashion, ultimately contributing to the brand’s strategic and financial objectives.

Responsibilities
- Complete all aspects of design packages - sketching, tech packs, creating and maintaining linesheets
- Assist Senior Designer with research and development of innovative trims each season
- Assist Senior Designer with research and development of new fabrics
- Prepare and maintain tech packs from initial development through bulk
- Organize and maintain design development including artwork, trims, fabric worksheets, initial development, finalized tech pack, line list, etc.
- Communicate with overseas factories
- Submit and approve artwork/strike-offs, wash panels, lab dips, etc.
- Manage and adhere to Time and Action Calendar
Qualifications
- 2- 4 years of design experience, preferably in cut & sew knits or wovens
- BA in Fashion Design

The pay range for this position is: $30 per hour - $32 per hour

The Sweater Designer supports the creation and execution of a competitive, fashion-forward sweater assortment for DKNY Sportswear. Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
• Create original sweater designs through hand sketches and Adobe Illustrator flats.
• Develop and maintain complete design packages, including sketches, tech packs, line sheets, and CAD presentations.
• Research and source innovative yarns, stitches, trims, and fabrics each season.
• Prepare and maintain tech packs from initial concept through bulk production.

Qualifications

Summary of Position (Job Purpose) - Major purpose and functions of the position.
We are seeking an experienced Retail Engineer to join our team and help us drive process improvement and efficiency across our retail stores. The Retail Engineer - Store Operations’ primary responsibilities are to update and maintain our engineered labor standards platform. In addition, identify and analyze key metric data alongside current store operational processes to support workload simplification and new initiatives. This job requires problem solving skills and strong analytical capabilities, along with data management and great communication skills.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities - Primary responsibilities listed in order of importance
- Compile and upkeep relevant datasets and information crucial to store operations such as Time Studies, Labor Standards, etc.

As a Director Design, Development, and Sourcing Fish & Hunt Hard Goods & Gear, you play a pivotal role in leading the design and development of our most innovative and technologically advanced fly fishing and hunting hard goods — work grounded by deep, first-hand angling experience, field knowledge, and real-world testing, not just concept or CAD. You are responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, focusing on innovation, quality, and market trends within the fishing tackle and hunting industry. You will be a key leader on the Product Team, comprised of 2 direct reports as well as the lead designer of all reels, waders, and wading boots. Associate Buyers are responsible for collaborating with Buyers to develop merchandise assortment and business strategies that drive sales and profitability. Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Overview:

The maximum base salary for this role is $65,000. POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Vice President, Produce, the Director of Produce has oversight to Produce categories in terms of itemization, innovation, and financial performance. The Director of Produce qualifies vendors, evaluates bids, and negotiates prices and terms for purchased goods and services. The role is responsible for organizing and articulating the near and long-term strategic vision of the department and communicating that vision across the organization. The Role is also responsible for daily management of the department team of Category Managers, Purchasing Assistants, as well as a dotted line leadership of the schematics, replenishment, merchandising and support teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- General oversight of the performance of the Produce Department's Category Management Team.
- Negotiate costs, promotions, assortment and other metrics with vendors/suppliers for assigned categories of products managed.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience, preferred.

Quality Assurance: Product Inspector (Produce) track:
This internship goes beyond a typical desk job, you’ll be immersed in the core of our supply chain operations. The QA (Produce) Intern plays a hands-on role in inspecting fresh produce and other perishable items to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with Wakefern standards. This position involves physically examining inbound deliveries for grade, freshness, proper labeling, and packaging integrity, as well as monitoring temperatures and verifying weights and counts. Interns will gain first-hand experience with Wakefern’s Food Safety and Quality Practices, USDA and FDA guidelines. Interns will be learning leadership skills mentored by supervisors to understand all skills required in a Quality Assurance Product Inspection department.
What you will do
- Work in a refrigerated warehouse environment.
- Inspects all inbound deliveries to ensure the purchased goods conform to all established product specifications, standards, and grade requirements.
- Performs random organoleptic inspections of inbound goods to assure the quality, grade, and wholesomeness of the product.
- Inspects all inbound deliveries for cleanliness and soundness of the transportation vehicle and the absence of cross contamination.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Department Director, the Category Manager has oversight to center store categories in terms of itemization, innovation, and financial performance. The Category Manager qualifies vendors, evaluates bids, and negotiates prices and terms for purchased goods and services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Approve section sizes and adjacencies in schematic plans for individually managed categories;
- Assist with creation of business case for capital expenditures (shelving, fixtures, and store layout) to present to Senior Management;
- As required by specific department work with support staff and distribution center staff to maintain appropriate inventory levels, acceptable turns and good code dating for items purchased into the distribution centers;

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience, preferred;
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in product negotiation and procurement;
- Knowledge of supplier and logistic systems, as well as knowledge of the federal grade/product standards and regulations;

Profile:
The Retail Marketplace Operations Manager will support the following:
- Direct-to-consumer shipping activities including marketplace, drop-shipments, and direct to consumer
- Returns management and disposition
- Retail and outlet shipping for owned stores
The Manager will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders in Distribution Operations and the Retail team to optimize performance. This role will support the continuous improvement of the returns process, as well as helping to ensure timely and efficient delivery of merchandise directly to customers or GIII retail outlets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in returns management, e-commerce operations, and supply chain logistics, with strong leadership abilities to optimize these areas and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to analyze and accelerate strategies that define and implement best practices for merchandise returns, inventory placement, and disposition.
- Develop and implement the overall returns strategy to improve customer satisfaction and optimize the returns process, reducing costs and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Lead the development and roll-out of enhanced direct-to-consumer shipping and retail programs to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products directly to customers.

- Identify and execute process improvements for returns handling, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with company policies and customer expectations.
- Monitor and analyze returns data, identifying trends, root causes, and areas of opportunity for continuous improvement. Provide regular reports to leadership on key metrics, such as return rates, product defects, and cost of returns.
- Develop and manage KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying opportunities to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
