The Customer Care Representative answers questions and resolves problems initiated by insureds and carriers via telephone, mail, and e-mail. Most questions concern coverage, claims, cost, or billing and may require research or referral to resolve. Significantly contributes to business retention efforts.
The ideal remote candidate for this role will have previous Personal Lines insurance experience and reside in one of the following locations: New York, New Jersey, Vermont, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, or Massachusetts.
Your Impact:
- Answers all incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally. Identifies and responds to questions or problems presented by insured in a manner that meets or exceeds client service level standards.
- Processes and responds professionally to inquiries received via email, fax, or mail within established service levels.
- Accurately documents customer contact reasons and resolution in accordance with department protocol and completes applicable system and carrier website updates.

- Uses de-escalation tactics when needed. Immediately reports escalated problems, service errors or anomalies to supervisor to effect prompt resolution. - Develops and maintains product, procedural and technical systems knowledge.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Associates degree and 1 year experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the insurance industry; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office tools required, including experience with administration platforms and call center specific phone systems.
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to meet established quality and productivity standards.
- NYS Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license is required.

The Staff Radiologist (
General Radiology and Body Imaging
) is responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
Works onsite. This is not a teleradiology position.
Works in a Veteran centered, dynamic, team oriented, and collaborative environment.
Meets VHA defined benchmarks for physician productivity.
Rotates between campuses.
Interprets general radiology examinations (plain film).
Performs and interprets diagnostic fluoroscopic studies (without and with contrast material).
Interprets CT examinations of the chest, abdomen, pelvis and extremities.
Interprets MRI examinations of the chest, abdomen and pelvis, including prostate MRI scans.
Interprets general, vascular, small parts and soft tissue ultrasound examinations.
Participates in the development to new protocols and imaging techniques.
Interprets imaging exams including relevant exam comparison and correlation with clinical information in CPRS. Generate reports that contain pertinent findings and measurements, a description of normal and abnormal structures, discussion of differential diagnoses, recommendations and impression.
Issues timely Radiology Reports.
Obtains informed consent.
Physically examines veterans when required for imaging purposes.
Writes notes in the electronic medical record when clinically appropriate.
Communicates critical findings according to the medical center policy.
Participates in quality management activities such as film quality review, peer review and other performance improvement activities.
Prepares for and participates in various inspections.
Reviews exam requests for appropriateness.

Participates in the coordination of patient care: Contacts clinical providers as relevant to assure effective patient care, discuss evaluation, management, follow-up, and other aspects of coordinated, patient-centered care.
Provide clinical oversight of medication administration, including contrast, preps and other medications relevant to the radiology procedures.
Provides technical image quality feedback to technologists.
Utilizes abnormal diagnostic codes appropriately and communicates/documents verbal notification of results when required.
Participates in research programs.

Education Debt Reduction Program (Student Loan Repayment):
This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan reimbursement program. Our providers are located across the country and can work from home while serving a much-needed population in post-acute facilities, like nursing homes, to prevent unnecessary ER visits and unnecessary hospitalizations.

Qualifications:
MD or DO, board-certified in IM or FM with 3 years of hospitalist experience (Additional experience in Post-Acute/SNF also welcome).
Prior experience in Telemedicine is strongly preferred.

Minimum Compact/ IMLCC and

How you'll make an impact in this role
Ascension Sacred Heart Bay is looking for a PRN Trauma Surgery APP (will accept NP or PA candidates) in Panama City, Florida to fill in for an APP who will be out for a few months. Essentially, this will function as a short-term, FT role.
Position Highlights:
Established practice with experienced surgeons
Mix of surgical cases and inpatient rounding
12 hour shifts (7a-7p); typically 7-on/7-off format
Will have a need for FT hours for a couple of months (APP will be out on leave)
Located on the beautiful Gulf Coast of FL
Responsibilities:
Obtains patient history and performs assessment via observation, interview and examination. Orders, performs and interprets diagnostic studies. Performs preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations and patient care.
Provides direct treatment and management of health conditions via referral to other healthcare providers or community resources.
Counsels and educates patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options and community resources.
Documents delivery of health care and nursing processes in accordance with specific specialty area standards and network nursing policy.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Florida Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or National Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner (NP) license required.
Education:
Master's degree of Nursing required.

How you'll make an impact in this role
Ascension Saint Agnes is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our Endocrinology team! The ideal candidate will have experience working in a diabetes/endocrinology practice or extensive experience managing patients with diabetes and possess the ability to interpret CGM and pump data, make adjustments, and train patients on their use. Experience managing other endocrinologic diseases is a plus.
