The Senior Sales Associate will join our team reporting to the General Manager. You will be a Brand Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience, embracing and promoting our Retail Excellence Program with our clients and staff alike.
Duties and Responsibilities
β’ Meet & exceed sales goal targets (daily, monthly, yearly)
β’ Meet & exceed targets for client data capture
β’ Create & foster genuine client relationships that will result in hitting and exceeding core KPIs: sales, UPT, ATV
β’ Maintain client relationships through after sales service: not limited to but to include thank you notes, follow up phone calls, follow through of product repair or maintenance
β’ Support the team in generating new client relationships while maintaining those that are existing
β’ Support the business through maintenance of daily operations such as, but not limited to, opening & closing the registers, visual maintenance, inventory tasks

Responsibilities include:
General
- Lead training and adoption of My Versace (Clienteling App) in the US region by partnering with Retail and HQ teams to implement programs, identify opportunities and deliver results
- Partner with manger to present opportunities to identify, maintain and grow VIC customer base and other priority customer segments (e.g. new, locals, lapsed...)
- In collaboration with their manager and HQ, outline a targeted clienteling contact strategy (including client gifting) and activities calendar to keep an βalways-onβ approach to their experience with Versace
- With direction from retail leadership and manager, generate and propose action plans per boutique
- Coordinate development initiatives across retail & digital channels and touch points
- Articulate best practices sharing in these regions
- Effectively manage interactions with cross functional partners (Events, retail, merchandising, digital)
Technical Responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly Clienteling App training schedules for retail teams
- Collaborate with My Versace Project Manager and technical team to identify and resolve app bugs or discrepancies reported by the retail teams
- Support retail network with business critical requests and supplying client lists
- Oversee all administrative Clienteling app requests
- Compile data quality reports and distribute amongst the retail network
Experience & Key Competencies:
- Bachelorβs degree required
- 5+ years of work experience in CRM/Clienteling
- Experience within the luxury and/or fashion environment preferred
- Focused on customer satisfaction by continuously improving services, processes, collaborative capabilities
- A passionate, energetic team-oriented individual with strong analytical, interpersonal, creative and leadership skills

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Training & Field Development leader who is passionate about elevating retail performance through impactful learning experiences. This role is centered on building the capabilities of retail teams by delivering training initiatives, strengthening field communication, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements include strong presentation skills, experience in retail training, and a proven ability to lead training programs and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate is a natural coach and communicator who thrives on developing others and aligning teams around shared performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and execution of retail training programs that strengthen selling skills, operational excellence, and brand knowledge by collaborating with Headquarters, Learning & Development and Retail Leadership.
- Provide essential tools to support supervisors and managers with training facilitation.
- Monitor and provide feedback on the effectiveness of training and development initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of training experience in Retail (luxury preferred)
- Demonstrated experience facilitating training programs and leading workshops
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Learning/Content Management Systems
- Strong understanding of luxury retail standards and client experience

The Retail Coordinator supports the effective execution and performance of the retail organization by coordinating initiatives, consolidating data, and ensuring clear communication between stores, field teams, and corporate partners. This role is highly detail-oriented and data-driven, serving as a key support function for retail operations, reporting, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate day-to-day retail initiatives, timelines, and deliverables across stores and corporate teams
- Serve as a central point of contact for information flow between the field and corporate partners
- Collect store feedback and operational updates for internal stakeholders
Retail Meetings & Stakeholder Alignment
- Coordinate and manage weekly retail meetings, including agenda development, materials preparation, and follow-up
- Consolidate updates, performance results, and discussion topics from cross-functional partners

- Ensure alignment and accountability across teams on priorities and next steps
Performance Tracking & Reporting

Project Management & Execution Support

Position Summary
The Junior Sous Chef is an integral, hands-on member of the kitchen leadership team, responsible for supporting the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. Qualifications & Skills
- Culinary degree or certification and current ServSafe certification required.

- WSET Level 2 certification preferred (or equivalent wine education).
