What Youβll Do:
Retail & Operational Treasury Support
- Manage day-to-day global cash management and treasury operations, with primary focus on North America retail activity.
- Serve as treasury liaison for Retail, Cash Audit, Sales Audit, and Loss Prevention teams on store-level cash and banking matters, including change orders and missing deposit research.
- Support new store openings and closures, including bank account setup and closure, deposit slip coordination, armored courier services, and required banking documentation.
- Create, track, and resolve store banking cases related to onboarding, closures, and ongoing needs; triage Treasury inbox requests, coordinate approvals, manage external partners, and maintain service-level tracking.
- Order, track, and manage store deposit supplies (deposit bags, slips, endorsement stamps), maintaining accurate inventory records by store.
- Coordinate armored courier schedules, service changes, and issue escalation; track missed pickups, service credits, and penalties.
- Prepare daily deposit activity files; investigate and follow up on missing or delayed deposits; reconcile courier and bank reporting.
- Perform monthly retail bank account analyses and reconciliations; resolve discrepancies in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Execute FX spot trades via FXALL as needed, in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
Controls, Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain and update retail banking trackers and records, including bank, branch, account, courier, pickup details, and store opening/closing documentation.
- Manage retail-related bank documentation and controls, including authorized signer updates and required compliance records.
- Support SOX compliance through adherence to treasury controls, documentation standards, and audit evidence preparation.
- Document, maintain, and enhance standard operating procedures for retail treasury processes, including store onboarding, closures, and incident management.
- Produce recurring retail treasury reporting and KPI metrics, including open requests, resolution timelines, deposit exceptions, and courier incidents.
- Perform ad hoc treasury reporting and analysis related to retail operations, cash activity, and emerging issues.
Team Support & Development
- Cross-train on select corporate treasury processes to provide backup coverage and expand functional expertise.
- Provide day-to-day backup support for other treasury analyst as needed to ensure operational continuity.
- Support ad hoc treasury projects and initiatives to improve efficiency, controls, and reporting across the function.
You'll Need to Have:
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

The Manager - Software Quality Engineering is responsible for ensuring that quality standards are met on all materials coming into the warehouse and all products going to customers. This position plays a critical role in establishing and ensuring adherence to shop quality standards, procedures, techniques and continuous improvement. The LQAC works directly with internal and external suppliers, QACs at other facilities and corporate QA personnel. They are also a key driver of resourcing, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and participating in continuous process improvement/lean manufacturing project initiatives. Attendance, as scheduled, is an essential function of this job.
Major Activities
- Develops, implements, communicates and maintains the companyβs Quality Management System (QMS). Formulates and manages the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QMS and ensure that the established objectives are communicated to all team members and that advances or declines in achieving those goals are also regularly reported.
- Sets up and maintains controls and documentation procedures including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Setup Parameters. Organizes documents into an easy to use and fast retrieval system so team members can find procedures quickly and conform to requirements.
- Explains quality process compliance to others using a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form to help others understand, follow and conform to established best practices. Conducts root cause analysis as needed.
- Serves as the companyβs liaison to assembly plant peers (QACs) and ensures the execution of corrective action and compliance with company specifications.
- Participates in weekly sourcing team and CAF staff meetings.
- Notifies production leadership and GM immediately of nonconformity.
- Prepares and presents a quarterly quality report for leadership team review. Obtains feedback from team member meetings and other such interactions and incorporates the action in moving the quality program forward.
- Maintains master control samples and step samples in a clean and protected environment.
- Builds and maintains good working relationships with assembly plant peers and all internal manufacturing team members and managers.
- Cross-trains into other positions and provides support to other production teams and functions as needed.

This role leads the end-to-end development of store planograms and drives the testing and refinement of visual initiatives designed to increase customer engagement and profitability. Serving as a key bridge between the field and executive leadership, they align visual standards with corporate business objectives. The director manages the visual merchandising budget and expense forecasting while staying at the forefront of industry trends. This role oversees strategic vendor partnerships and leads the development of innovative store fixtures to enhance product storytelling and durability. Responsibilities
Visual & Merchandise Presentation
- Lead the Visual Innovation Lab, serving as the primary architect for physical brand storytelling. Orchestrate the development of immersive product presentations that bridge the gap between creative vision and in-store execution for all retail locations.
- Direct the end-to-end visual merchandising strategy to maximize top-line sales and margin performance, leveraging data-driven presentation standards to optimize inventory productivity and operational efficiency.

Skilled Maintenance Technician
Weβre looking for a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping machines running and facilities in top shape. This role owns the maintenance, repair, and preventative care of our fill and pack equipment, as well as overall building maintenance across two locations. Key Responsibilities
Equipment & Production Support
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fill and pack machinery to minimize downtime
- Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on all production equipment per schedule
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Support production during changeovers, startups, and unexpected breakdowns
- Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term fixes or upgrades
Preventative Maintenance & Reliability
- Own the PM program for all machinery and equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, PM records, and parts usage
- Proactively identify wear on parts and order replacements before failures occur
- Help establish maintenance standards, SOPs, and best practices
Building & Facility Maintenance (2 Locations)
- Own general building maintenance across two facilities
- Perform repairs related to HVAC coordination, plumbing, electrical, doors, docks, lighting, walls, floors, and safety systems
- Coordinate with external contractors when specialized work is required
- Ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and operational
Emergency & On-Call Support
Serve as on-call maintenance support for after-hours and weekend emergencies
Respond to urgent equipment or facility issues impacting operations or safety
Act as a reliable escalation point when things break outside normal hours
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong experience working on fill, pack, or automated production equipment
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure
- Comfortable with tools, grease, noise, and physical work
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, and mechanical drives
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple issues at once
- Willingness to support two locations and respond to emergencies as needed
