What we’re seeking:
As we rapidly expand our fiber technology across the nation, we’re seeking an Outside Sales Representative to play a role in connecting communities to what matters most to them. In this commission-based role, you’ll prospect customers through door-to-door solicitation. By joining our Consumer Direct Sales organization, we’ll provide you with an assigned territory, leads, and sales best practices that set you up for success. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our Baytown, TX work location to complete your work responsibilities. The sales territory will include Houston and surrounding areas.

What you’ll do:
- Acquire new residential customers from assigned leads & territories, based on door-to-door solicitation, outbound calling, lead follow-up, grass-root marketing events, etc.
- Analyze, develop, and deliver personalized sales proposals based on meeting the customers' needs
- Actively participate in sales meetings and complete training programs
- Achieve monthly sales quotas
- Complete all administrative tasks related to products sold following departmental policies, procedures, & quality control guidelines

What we need in you:
In this sales role, we need you to bring your drive and persistent personality to prospect customers confidently and professionally to explain our product offerings and value. We also need you to have a strong sense of independence as you navigate your assigned territory, close sales, and nurture relationships with minimal supervision.
What background you should have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record
- Ability to travel to and from assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle, including during inclement weather
- Familiarity with computer operating systems, software applications, and communication devices

Preferred Qualifications:

General Description Northeast Paving a division of Vinci Construction USA is seeking an IT Support Specialist I position on the Technology Team in Pittsburgh, PA. The IT Support Specialist role involves providing end-user desktop support both remotely and in-person, handling Tier (1-2) support tickets, and working on technology implementation projects.
Key Duties
- Create, review and triage support Tier (1-2) tickets on a timely basis
- Project work related to the implementation of new technology tools.
- Provide end-user desktop support via remote support tools or in person visits
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and effectively with users to understand their issues, provide updates on ticket status, and verify their concerns are addressed promptly.

GIS Route Analyst
Position Summary
The GIS Route Analyst reports to the Logistics Manager and is responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing routes across Athens Services’ municipal service areas in the greater Los Angeles region. Using GIS platforms and route optimization software, this role transforms spatial and operational data into efficient route plans that reduce costs, improve service quality, and support contract compliance across multiple lines of business. The GIS Route Analyst works from a centralized office location with travel to division sites for field observations, data validation, and coordination with operations teams.
Essential Responsibilities
Route Design & Optimization
- Design, build, and optimize routes across all lines of business — residential collection, commercial front-load, roll-off, back yard service (BYS), and street sweeping — using RouteSmart, Descartes, or comparable route optimization software.
- Develop dynamic daily route plans for on-demand service lines including roll-off container delivery/pickup and bin/cart equipment replacement operations.
- Plan and optimize multi-vehicle coordinated routing for operations that require sequenced vehicle timing, including scout operations (staging equipment ahead of main collection vehicles) and Back Yard Service (BYS) operations (coordinating smaller service trucks with centralized mother truck staging locations to minimize downtime across the fleet).
- Perform spatial analysis including geocoding, network analysis, buffer analysis, and service area mapping to support route planning decisions.
- Create and maintain accurate digital route maps, service day assignments, route sequence plans, and disposal trip routing.
- Analyze route performance data (stops, lifts, tons, miles, disposal trips, shift times) to identify optimization opportunities including load consolidation and service day rebalancing.
- Implement route changes into the system of record (Soft-Pak) and driver-facing tablets (MobilePak), ensuring data accuracy and operational readiness.
- Support new contract implementations, service area expansions, barrel conversion deployments (e.g., 2-stream to 3-stream, SB 1383 compliance), and service day changes requiring municipal coordination and approval.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, interpret, and analyze logistics data including route efficiency metrics, asset utilization, and service performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain GIS databases, shapefiles, and geospatial datasets to support routing and operational analysis.
- Prepare reports and visual presentations on route performance, recommending process improvements to leadership and operations teams.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure routing accuracy and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with division operations teams to coordinate route implementations, communicate changes to drivers, and resolve service issues.
- Work with billing and revenue teams to ensure route data accuracy supports proper customer billing and account reconciliation.
- Coordinate with IT and software vendors on system integrations, data feeds, and technology enhancements.
- Track and manage project assignments, milestones, and deliverables using project management platforms ( or similar) to maintain visibility and accountability across concurrent initiatives.
- Conduct field observations at division sites to validate route designs, assess real-world conditions, and gather driver feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in GIS analysis, route optimization, logistics planning, or a related analytical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Urban Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- GIS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ArcGIS, QGIS, or comparable GIS platforms including spatial analysis, geocoding, and map production.
- Route Optimization Software: Experience with route planning tools such as RouteSmart, Descartes, Roadnet, or similar platforms.
- Data Analysis: Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools preferred.
- Communication: Ability to communicate technical findings and route recommendations to non-technical stakeholders including operations managers and drivers.
- Driver’s License: Valid Class C Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in waste management, solid waste collection, or environmental services industry.
- Familiarity with waste management ERP systems (Soft-Pak or similar).
- Experience with GPS/telematics platforms (Samsara, Verizon Connect, or similar) for building route baselines, monitoring post-optimization route adherence, and analyzing driver behavior patterns.
- Familiarity with on-vehicle camera systems (Samsara, 3rd Eye, Waste Vision, or similar) for reviewing stop-level service footage, verifying pickup locations, and conducting time studies on equipment service times.
- Knowledge of municipal contract requirements, service area management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SB 1383).
- Experience with parcel-level data audits and account reconciliation to ensure routing accuracy and billing alignment.
- Database querying experience (SQL) for extracting and analyzing operational data.
- GISP certification or equivalent professional GIS credential.

A day in the life
- Build, manage, and optimize media campaigns across multiple platforms, primarily using Facebook Business Manager, Google and Bing Ads, Google Campaign Manager 360, and the Verizon Media DSP. (Other digital channel expertise is a plus.)
- Translate clients’ strategic visions into media objectives and KPIs to accomplish a wide range of client objectives including direct response (lead gen and fundraising), awareness, persuasion, and advocacy.
- Analyze ongoing and historical performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, make strategic recommendations, and generate reporting and insights to drive optimization.
- Have a strong POV on measurement, attribution, and conversion tracking, and apply that knowledge to strategic recommendations and ongoing campaign management.

We approach in-office working with a hybrid model. On-site presence is welcome for US staff who are within commuting distance of the NY or DC office. Some things we're looking for
- 2-4 years experience in a hands-on paid media buying role using a mix of digital channels (Social, Search, Display, Video, Native, OOH, etc) - with preference to experience in executing, managing, and reporting on media campaigns with a mix of objectives/goals.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple clients and projects on time, within budget, and meet performance goals.
- High proficiency with digital advertising platforms — you ultimately want to become a master of paid social, paid search, and/or programmatic trading — as well as Google Analytics and other measurement platforms

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY/WORK
The Early On Evaluator/Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, conducting and completing developmental assessments, reports and Individualized Family Service Plans as needed in accordance with IDEA regulations. Incumbent is responsible for providing outreach to families in Oakland County communities through home visits; for initiating and maintaining communication and coordination based on family needs, including schools district personnel; and for maintaining internal and external customer relations through completion of paperwork, adherence to COA standards, quality assurance measures and participation in professional development activities. The position reports to the Early Childhood Services Manager.
- Conduct developmental assessments on referred children within identified time frames.
- Complete reports summarizing the results of the assessment, including recommendations and case conceptualization within identified time frames.
- Complete all required paperwork as part of the evaluation and assessment process, including but not limited to, release of information, consents and other indicated forms.
- Function as service coordinator for children entering the Early On system who do not qualify for special education services, including coordination of all referrals, services and direct service provision when appropriate.
- Facilitate Individualized Family Service Plan process based on the developmental assessment results of eligibility within identified time frames.
- Complete annual assessments; IFSP reviews; Transition Plans; Special Education referrals; Transfer and/or Exit processes with children and families within identified time frames.
- Coordinate with school districts regarding any transfers for children eligible for Special Education services.
- Provide home visits as indicated within identified time frames or provide visits in a community venue (i.e. play groups or other services provided by the Early On continuum) as indicated.
- Meet weekly productivity standards for assessments and service coordination as indicated by the Manager.
- Serve as a resource for families to connect with other internal and external community services.
- Collaborate with schools and other community representatives and agencies.
- Attend seminars, trainings and workshops to develop knowledge base in parent-child issues.

Qualifications

If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility. General Description
This experienced individual will manage and oversee all activities related to the QC function including oversight of the divisions quality assurance plan, laboratory quality system plan, research and development, mix designs, binder testing and certification, and other relevant QC managerial duties to meet the needs of the liquid asphlat terminal operations. In addition, the right candidate will provide guidance to the personal development of others within the QC Division including training, performance management, and safety. This position will work in conjunction with the Terminal Manager and will report directly to the Division Manager of Liquid Asphalt.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provides leadership, direction, development and organization to all terminal staff.
- Responsibility for all administrative duties, recordkeeping, and reporting in regards to the terminal facility.
- Oversees and directs inventory control and manufacturing operations (where applicable).
- Responsible for directing incoming product receipts, inter-plant disposition, product blending, transfers and shipments.
- Develops and maintains a hands on working knowledge of all operational manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Responsible for local oversight of plant facilities, maintenance, repairs and expansion projects.
- Ensures plant and offices are kept clean, organized, free from clutter and hazards. Sees that they are maintained in a secure and proper working order.
- Maintains a working knowledge of all tests and product specification requirements and coordinates with technical personnel to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Oversees and continuously develops relationships at the plant level with customers, transportation representatives, and agency personnel.
- Responsibility for development and enforcement of safety and environmental programs along with Agency compliance, documentation, and reporting.
- Manages cost control and local purchasing of equipment, raw materials, and supplies for routine operations of the plan and recommends to management needs for any capital expenditures.

Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or Business Management preferred.
- NBTC – National Binder Technician Certification
- Minimum 5 years’ prior experience with asphalt terminal operations and product receipts by truck, rail and barge or alternately within a chemical processing environment. Polymer processing and emulsions a plus (where applicable).
- Proven track record of operations leadership, team building and personnel development.
- Working knowledge in Industrial Safety and environmental compliance reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with suppliers, peers, customers and agency personnel to manage logistical, operational, reporting, or product quality issues.
- Solid technical and analytical skills, mechanical skills and problem solving ability.
