About the team Client Commerce Platform is Client's first software-as-a-service business unit – offering a suite of products and services across online ordering, branded mobile apps, loyalty solutions, and more that enable merchants (restaurants, grocers, retailers, etc.) to reach customers through their own first-party channels.
- Within this pod, the Platform Implementation Manager (PIM) Team was created to help our merchants onboard, implement, and grow their business from day one.
- The team supports our merchants after they sign up, through their first weeks live, and delivers top-tier service and support.

On a day to day, this means
- Working closely with the sales and account management teams to get merchants set up for success from day one:

- Technical troubleshooting of issues (within merchants websites and internally) Educating our merchants on our products: answering "how to” questions, proactively guiding and educating them through the transition and set up process and providing operational support during the initial weeks of our products usage
- Collecting and registering feedback from merchants on our products

The Role
We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager, Receiving & Inventory to own the inbound side of our warehouse operations.
This role ensures product arrives accurately, gets received cleanly, moves into the building efficiently, and stays organized in a way that supports the rest of the business. You’ll lead the receiving lane while partnering closely with fulfillment, production, and account teams to ensure inventory is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run inbound warehouse operations while building the systems, processes, and operational clarity that allow the operation to scale. You should be comfortable working inside warehouse management systems and using modern tools, including AI, to improve workflows, reduce manual work, and strengthen inventory accuracy.

About the Role

A Brief Overview
The CDL Driver I delivers materials to job site, inspects and maintains truck, reports shortages and claims to supervisor and assists in loading and storing of materials. Typically, driving a truck with a capacity of more than three tons, but may be a less experienced CDL or tractor trailer driver.
