Your Role at Reputation:

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns with relevant and impactful content.

Brand Consistency
Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all content channels and platforms.
Uphold and enhance the company's brand identity through compelling storytelling.
Performance Metrics
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future content
Utilize data and analytics to refine content strategies and optimize future efforts.
The Skills That Set You Apart:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of marketing experience, including demonstrated expertise in content creation and management, preferably within the SaaS or Mar-Tech industry.

Responsibilities
Responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new commercial banking relationships as well as for building the Community Bank brand and enhancing its reputation within the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and market expansion. Additionally, the Commercial Market Executive will assist as needed with building relationships in the government sector and will at all times be an actively engaged member of the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of relationship managers and support staff to achieve performance goals.

- Together with the Regional President and local leadership team, develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with corporate goals in order to grow the Bank's commercial loan portfolio and deposit base within the Lehigh Valley market.
- Collaborate with relationship managers and product specialists to structure and deliver customized solutions.
- Together with the local team, maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and track progress.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regional economic conditions.
- Identify market opportunities and lead regional expansion initiatives.
Community Involvement:
- Enhance the Bank's visibility and reputation through community engagement and marketing.
- Represent the company in regional business and community events and networking opportunities.
- Foster a positive impact on the community through engagement and leadership, including actively participating in community service and volunteer activities and serving on local boards and committees.
- Assistance with Government Sector Relationships:

Qualifications

Hours of Work Incumbent will work approximately 20 hours per week, March - September, then on call as needed. Schedule is flexible within regular business hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. During market season Fridays are required for on-site operations 11am - 8pm, June - September.

The SEM Manager is responsible for executing the digital marketing strategy across Tao Group Hospitality venues, with a primary focus on search engine marketing (SEM) and paid search campaigns. This role drives revenue, ticket sales, VIP table bookings, and brand visibility through Google Ads management, paid search strategy, performance marketing, paid social media, and online platform optimization.

- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) with proven track record of optimizing campaigns for conversions and ROAS
- Deep understanding of keyword research, bid management, ad copy optimization, and Quality Score improvement
- Experience with Google Ads scripts, automated bidding strategies, and advanced audience targeting
- Demonstrated success managing substantial paid search budgets with measurable performance outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation
- Experience with Meta Business Manager and paid social campaigns
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms, CMS systems, local search marketing, and SEO best practices
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization
- Proven ability to analyze search query reports, attribution models, and multi-channel performance data
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
