JOB SUMMARY
The Dialysis Technician performs a variety of basic patient care activities in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients within the framework of the Wyoming Nurse Practice Act. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, performs required monitoring and duties during patient dialysis treatment. Prepares machine and solutions according to protocol. Monitors patient before, during, and after treatment. Administers prescribed treatment according to physician and nursing orders. Documents all treatment details as required. Ensures patient safety and comfort during treatment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Requires Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification and may require the Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or be required to be working towards the certification.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

This position will perform x-ray testing including body mechanics and patient movement using knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Operates diagnostic equipment, develops film and prepares the room with the necessary equipment and supplies for the procedure, as well as perform Medical Assistant duties.

WHAT'S THE SCHEDULE?
Full-time team members work a rotating 36-40 hour/week schedule, consisting of 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend. Our PRN (per diem) team members are scheduled on an as-needed basis.

This customer-focused, proactive leader will be responsible for directing forward-looking execution of business priorities β working directly with the AGS Tech Leader to make the organization faster, smarter, and more aligned. That means turning portfolio strategy into real outcomes by working through people, setting up the conditions for good decisions, and keeping leaders across AGS Tech moving in the same direction. They cut through the noise, reduce friction, and make sure the right conversations happen before they become the wrong problems.
This is a senior leadership role that calls for someone who is genuinely invested in helping others succeed and understands that how an organization operates, communicates, and builds trust directly affects business results. The Surgical Technologist Non-Certified functions under the direction of the registered professional nurse. Assists the health care team in providing safe, age appropriate and culturally aware patient care. He/she has knowledge, skill and ability to perform duties within the context of moderate to high acuity surgical cases (with an expectation on occasion to work above this level as cases require) as defined by the scope of anatomy, equipment and instrumentation of the case and anticipates the needs of the surgeon and other members of the healthcare team.
