As a Supplier Onboarding Analyst, you will support supplier master data onboarding, historical data cleansing, change management, and cross-functional coordination. Job Description
Supplier Master Data Onboarding
- Execute supplier master data onboarding activities, including collection, validation, and accuracy checks.
- Support historical supplier data cleansing, remediation, and preparation for system migration.
- Coordinate with Master Data teams to maintain compliance with data standards, naming conventions, and governance rules.
- Support onboarding workflows within digital procurement platforms (e.g., Graphite), including testing and issue documentation.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Assist with documenting future-state processes, SOPs, and training materials.
- Develop supplier-facing communications, readiness guides, and FAQs to support clear and effective onboarding.
- Partner with Sourcing and Category teams to manage outreach, follow-ups, and tracking.
- Maintain onboarding dashboards, metrics, and progress reports.
- Support change management activities related to new systems and processes.
- Assist in evaluating impacts on both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to communication planning and training support.
- Provide insights and reporting related to onboarding progress, supplier segmentation, and data quality trends.
- Collaborate with market intelligence partners to ensure data supports downstream analytics and visibility needs.
- Work closely with Procurement, Supplier Quality, Master Data, IT/Technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding execution.
- Serve as a central point of coordination for onboarding inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 3–5+ years of experience in supplier onboarding, supplier master data, procurement operations, supply chain, or process/technology implementation.
- Experience working with procurement platforms (e.g., Ariba, Graphite, Coupa, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project coordination abilities and comfort working in fast-paced implementation environments.
- Experience working with project tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to operate in cross-functional, ambiguous environments.

The Scenic Artist is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing scenic elements using a wide range of techniques and materials. This role requires hands-on expertise, creativity, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes within tight deadlines. The Scenic Artist Apprentice works independently, collaborates with the team, and contributes to the overall success of production projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adheres to all safety regulations and guidelines for tools, materials, and work areas.
- Accurately mix paints to achieve specific hues and textures required by the design.
- Apply base coats, finishes, and detailed artistic treatments to scenic elements.
- Detail painting with art brushes.
- Texture sculpting and stamping of various textures with epoxy sculpt.
- Faux painting techniques such as metals, stone, patinas, woodgrains, and gradients.
- Develops paint and surface treatment samples for approval by the foreman and clients.
- Sand and prep surfaces prior to painting.
- Performs touch-ups and repairs on scenic elements as needed during a production's run.
- Works collaboratively with the scenic team to complete complex projects.
- Understands different materials, tools, and techniques used in scenic construction and finishing.
- Learns how to spray various types of paint; rolling and brushing are mandatory.
- Airbrush experience preferred.
- Mask off props and cover anything in the room you don’t want to get overspray on.

The Role
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex construction projects with significant environmental, remediation, and heavy civil/sitework components. This role requires deep experience managing projects under uncertain site conditions, coordinating environmental requirements alongside cost, schedule, and field operations, and leading teams through regulatory-driven construction constraints.

Financial & Cost Management
- Lead comprehensive project financial management, including accurate Cost-to-Complete forecasting, exposure identification, and cash flow optimization.

- Enforce adherence to forecasting calendars, SOPs, and detailed line-item analysis to prevent budget overruns and financial surprises.

- Ensure contracts, bonds, insurance, and execution requirements are completed without impacting project delivery.
Owner, Subcontractor & Stakeholder Relations
- Build and maintain trusted, professional relationships with Owners through proactive communication and transparency.
- Establish a “firm but fair” subcontractor management approach focused on accountability, professionalism, and performance.
- Address subcontractor performance issues promptly to protect the project from delays, cost impacts, and quality risks.
- Strive to secure strong Owner satisfaction and positive project recommendations.
Quality & Closeout Management
- Provide leadership in executing the Quality Management Program, including benchmarks, mock-ups, inspections, and nonconformance tracking.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Chesterton, IN, some travel required. The Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction site management, including scheduling, safety compliance, and on-site supervision of workers, subcontractors, and vendors. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, ensuring high-quality construction standards, monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and maintaining safety protocols. The role also requires coordination with the project management team, documentation of work, and effective communication with clients and local authorities.
Qualifications

Metric Geo has partnered with a Leading Electrical Contractor that is expanding its electrical project management division. We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to oversee and deliver large-scale data center projects for a leading electrical contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical scope of new data center builds, expansions, upgrades, and decommissions.
- Manage field crews, subcontractors, and cross-discipline teams to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget project delivery.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of switchgear, UPS systems, generators, power distribution, and other electrical equipment.
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure design intent and code compliance.
- Conduct progress meetings and provide regular updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality control, and environmental regulations.
- Oversee all project documentation, cost tracking, and close-out activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of electrical project management experience, preferably in data centers or other mission-critical environments.
- Proven experience leading large-scale electrical packages on capital projects ($50M+ preferred).
- Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and critical power infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of four affordable housing communities totaling 450+ units in Cloverdale, CA. This role requires a deep understanding of LIHTC and TCAC compliance and the ability to manage multiple sites with confidence, consistency, and a focus on results.

What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations across four LIHTC-regulated communities, ensuring compliance, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and support leasing staff with application processing, screenings, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Ensure full compliance with LIHTC regulations, including annual recertifications, file audits, waitlist management, and agency reporting.
- Prepare, manage, and adhere to community budgets; track expenses and ensure rent collections meet targets.
- Partner with maintenance teams to ensure prompt and effective service response and high standards of property condition.
- Coordinate capital improvement and maintenance projects with third-party vendors and contractors.
- Maintain strong resident relationships and resolve concerns to support a positive community atmosphere.
- Submit required compliance and performance reports to ownership and regulatory agencies.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of property management experience, with at least 3 years managing LIHTC or TCAC-regulated communities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites or a large portfolio of units.
- In-depth knowledge of affordable housing compliance requirements.
- Strong budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor, motivate, and supervise teams.
- Proficiency in Yardi (or similar software) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple priorities.
