What You'll Do
Reporting to the General Manager, the Shift Supervisor is responsible for planning and organizing the hour-by-hour activities for 2nd Shift manufacturing associates in two New Berlin facilities to meet the quality, delivery and cost expectations of our customers. Assures all associates work safely and any hazards are resolved quickly. Executes production plans and monitors job run times. Ensures active communication with supporting departments and 1st Shift staff.

Plant Supervision
- Follow through of Production plan hour by hour, daily activities for manufacturing associates; utilizes the strengths of the Lead personnel to help accomplish goals and workflow
- Provides technical support to the production floor by resolving issues as they arise
- Ensures compliance with daily department schedules to meet shipments on a consistent basis
- Monitors, identifies and documents run times and process improvements of shop and production
- Monitors workflow, oversees and directs production, and audits Job Paperwork, Routings, Log sheets, Process Control Sheets (PCS), Work Instructions (WI) for conformity and accuracy
- Documents workflow, achievements, and notes for 1st shift hand-off
- Communicates and coordinates with Engineering, Quality and other support areas as production issues arise
- Reviews all jobs prior to submittal for final inspection ensuring parts are made to print, parts are properly claimed and part counts are correct
- Ensures operators perform set-ups as required to meet production schedule
- Follows safety policies and procedures and ensures subordinates do the same
- Supports all manufacturing functions including troubleshooting and problem solving in all areas of manufacturing
- Provides recommendations and periodic updates as needed to management regarding the status of production
- Utilize reporting and analytics to make data-driven decisions to meet production needs

Team Management
- Hold Shop Team accountable to goals and objectives set by the Company and Operations Manager

What You'll Bring

The Director of Manufacturing will lead the production, planning, quality inspection and inventory control teams and work with the test and engineering teams for successful LRIP (Low-Rate Initial Production) of our Subsurface Compressor Systems; perform cost reduction; improve productivity, ensure quality builds; and ensure deliveries are made on time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the manufacturing team to meet delivery commitments.
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule; identify risks and take mitigating actions to address them preemptively.
- Ensure production builds meet delivery, design, quality and forecasted budget.
- Drive the S&OP forecasting process based on sales outlook, fleet support and internal usage.
- Maintain spare part requirements for the operating fleet including R&D. Drive the S&OP process through purchase approvals.

Role Purpose
As the Senior Quality Manager, you will serve as the strategic lead for quality assurance and control across large-scale hyperscale data center campuses. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of quality, from pre-construction design reviews to final Level 5 commissioning (Cx) and handover. What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire our pharmacy team with confidence, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
- Provide exceptional patient counseling, with strong (or developing) knowledge in supplements, nutrient depletion, lifestyle therapies, and integrative health approaches.
- Adapt to new clinical programs and services that support patient wellness and expand the pharmacy’s offerings.
- Help patients access a full range of solutions, including:
- Non-sterile compounding (experience welcome, training provided)
- Medication synchronization & compliance packaging
- Specialty adherence programs, follow-ups, and patient education
- Foster meaningful, trust-based relationships with patients and families.
- Support workflow improvements and ensure a high standard of care across all pharmacy operations.
What You Bring
- A passion for community-based, whole-person healthcare.
- Interest or experience in compounding, along with enthusiasm to learn and expand your skills.
- Understanding of (or willingness to master) compliance packaging, medication synchronization, and patient-centered service programs.
