Insperity provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of pay for this role is:

As a member of our driving team, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and on-time delivery.
Directs and coordinates all phases of supply chain activities and maintains direct responsibility for the purchasing, production planning and shipping/receiving departments. Develop partnerships with reliable suppliers resulting in the procurement of cost competitive, high-quality materials with timely delivery and minimal inventory.
Formulates and develops long range goals and objectives for the materials function of the Plant. Directs and coordinates activities to attain these goals and objectives. Owns implementation and maintenance of the plant \"MRD\" program, which seeks to plan production and procure materials based on a \"pull\" system and maintenance of target material & finished good inventory levels. Partners with Quality team to ensure proper communication of technical requirements via purchase orders to supply base, in accordance with AS9100 requirements for MIL/Aero products. Minimizes on-hand inventory and develops and deploys strategies to minimize \"slow\" and \"obsolete\" inventory. Design & implement inventory cycle count program to ensure inventory accuracy & to eliminate the long-term need for an annual inventory count. Own day-to-day materials procurement for the Des Plaines plant & planning of production of \"made to order\" products through team. Partner with Strategic Sourcing to establish supplier KanBan / stocking programs in support of MRD. Own the improvement and stabilization of the supplier on time delivery metric. Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives. Plans, organizes, supervises and directs the work of Materials Department personnel and controls activities related to the logistics functions of the Plant. Directs the Plant's purchasing function and supply base through supplier evaluation and develops purchasing techniques to ensure quality, price, delivery and service. Develops cost reduction initiatives with sourcing function by taking advantage of such methods as global purchasing power and supplier consolidation. Plans and organizes all arriving and departing freight providers through carrier evaluation, negotiation and selection and develops techniques to reduce freight expenditures, solve problems and reduce claims. Oversees material flow throughout the Plant. Maintains familiarity with import/export and customs compliance procedures and documentation. Engages in material planning by analyzing market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material availability. Develops and provides the plans for managing inventory levels and inventory reduction. Plans and provides procedures for disposal of surplus materials and scrap handling. Directs and coordinates clerical and office procedures and practices, as well as shipping and handling practices. Studies inventory accuracy and value, studies work flow, and sequence of operations, determining any need for change and determining the need for new or improved equipment or procedures. Writes and revises procedures for activities that apply to or interact with the materials area. Place Pos, manage suppliers, plan production, monitor inventory for injection molding operation. Facilitate ERP system transition from J.D Edwards to Acumatica and be site ERP subject matter expert.
Bachelor's Degree required. 5+ years of professional experience in purchasing with in-depth knowledge of KanBan, JIT, Vendor Managed Inventory, demand flow technology, and supplier agreements. On-going supervisory/management experience. Outstanding organizational skills and experience with managing multiple deadlines at once. Proficient in communicating information to individuals and groups in both written and presentation form. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite namely Excel, and the use of the materials portion of ERP systems, namely Acumatica. Strong desire to work in a team made up of a cross functional group of individuals.

We are looking for a cold-heading operator to join our team! This individual would be responsible for setting up and operating single and multi-die double stroke cold headers and forge pointers to produce quality automotive fasteners from cold metal rod or wire by performing the following duties. Shift time is 11:00 pm to 7:30 am Monday thru Friday.
- Assist and observe designated Setup Operators in operation and setup up of machinery
- Selects, installs, and aligns dies, cutting tools, guides, and stops to setup machine. Sets controls to synchronize machine actions for various operations on work piece in specified sequence
- Positions coil of metal wire or rod on feed spindle and threads it through straightening rolls into feed mechanism
- Adjusts settings of dies on controls, as required, to produce product within specified tolerances and meeting quality standards
- Starts machine to begin production and observes machine operations for evidence of malfunction and products for defects
- Maintains, oils, and cleans machines on a regular basis
- Drains and cleans oil trays; dumps scrap, and sweeps floor to maintain housekeeping standards
- Ensures all quality and safety documentation is completed with oversight
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or the equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
- Prior experience operating single and multi-die header machines
- Continuous Improvement Mindset
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to complete routine production and quality reports
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Understanding and compliance with safety rules and regulations

Role Summary
Under direction of EVP, Leasing, and working closely with various departments including but not limited to Legal, Operations, Construction & Development, Ancillary Income, Asset Management to negotiate and execute retail leases in assigned portfolio.
This role reports to the Head of Leasing and is based in the office, 5 days a week.
Essential Job Functions
• Responsible for negotiating leases, lease renewals, assignments, and amendments for an assigned portfolio or region.
• Identify and attract potential tenants through various techniques including canvassing, networking and cold calling.
• Prepare annual revenue budgets and projections as well as reforecasts.
• Drive performance and maximize NOI.
• Establish and maintain positive tenant and broker relationships.
• Stay current on market and retail trends as well as the sales performance, expansion plans, and prototypes for retailers.
• Manage third party broker network as necessary.

Qualifications and Technical Competencies
• 4-7 years experience in retail leasing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills, both in written format and oral presentation.
• Ability to prioritize, work in a team environment under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Benefits: The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
Base Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
