Listing Management
- Maintain property listings across Airbnb, VRBO, , and other platforms.
- Write clear, engaging listing titles, descriptions, house rules, and check-in instructions.
- Coordinate listing updates when property features, pricing strategy, or guest policies change.
- Monitor listing quality and help improve conversion rates based on guest feedback and platform data.
- Support calendar management, booking restrictions, and reservation-related adjustments.
Guest Relations & Complex Support
- Support our five full-time CSRs by handling complex guest cases they escalate to you.

Position: Medical Assistant (MA) or LPN: Kimball Ridge
Location: Waterloo, IA
Schedule: 32 hours per week, Day shift, Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday. No weekends, no holidays.
This MA/LPN will work side by side with a dermatology PA assisting with surgical procedures and all the normal things a clinical med assistant or LPN would do. They will need a strong aptitude for sterile technique/surgical procedures.

This position is responsible for assisting physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures.
