Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze bid documents, architectural/engineering drawings, specifications, and addenda to prepare comprehensive, accurate cost estimates for municipal/public works and multifamily projects
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs using takeoff software and online plan rooms; identify labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead costs
- Utilize ConstructConnect/iSqFt (or similar platforms) to source projects, manage bid invitations, qualify subcontractors, and track opportunities
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes; build and maintain strong relationships with local subs in the multifamily and public-sector markets
- Develop and present clear, professional bid proposals, cost breakdowns, and value engineering options to leadership and clients
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and leadership to refine estimates, address discrepancies, and support bid strategy
- Monitor market trends, material pricing, labor rates, and subcontractor performance to ensure estimates remain competitive and realistic
- Maintain organized project files in SharePoint and other systems; ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date for audits and handoffs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field—or equivalent hands-on experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction estimating, with a proven track record on large-scale projects
- Proficiency in ConstructConnect/iSqFt (preferred), takeoff software (e.g., PlanSwift, STACK, Bluebeam, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), online plan rooms, and SharePoint

JOB DESCRIPTION
The 2nd Shift Lead Maintenance Technician is a working lead responsible for overseeing and supporting staff during 2nd shift. This position ensures safe and efficient production by providing hands-on troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, interpretation of blueprints and bills of materials (BOMs), support with sub-assembly, and machine build tasks.
This role partners closely with 1st shift Assembly Supervisor, Quality Control, and Engineering to ensure consistent workflow, proper equipment performance, and adherence to quality standards. The Lead Technician sets expectations for productivity and quality and serves as the technical resource for 2nd shift.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Serve as the working lead for staff on 2nd shift, providing daily direction, support, and task prioritization.
- Ensure smooth workflow throughout the shift, adjusting assignments as needed to meet production and quality goals.
- Provide shift-change communication to 1st shift leadership and maintenance teams, ensuring continuity of work.
- Support new or less experienced employees by coaching processes, troubleshooting, and proper equipment operation.
- Work with the safety committee to ensure continuous compliance with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and recommend solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the Quality Technician to support in-process inspections, ensure machines meet required specifications, and resolve quality-related issues quickly.
- Support root-cause analysis related to quality or equipment problems.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Industrial Technician Certificate or equivalent required; Associate of applied science or comparable degree preferred.
- Minimum 4–6 years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working in union manufacturing environments preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
- Proven ability to lead a team or serve as a subject-matter expert on a production shift.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with QC, engineering, and production.
- Computer literacy, including maintenance systems, email, and documentation tools.

The Staff Manufacturing Engineer will provide process engineering and controls support to develop, transfer, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes for medical device manufacturing in an ISO 13485 compliant setting. Reporting to the Global Head of B2B Subscription Sales, the individual will play a critical role in expanding EIU’s footprint across financial institutions, strengthening our positioning as a trusted data partner, and contributing to our broader enterprise subscription strategy.
A key aspect of success will be collaborating with existing sales teams across The Economist Group (TEG) to leverage established relationships and drive sales growth.
Key Accountabilities
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities across banking, asset management, hedge funds, insurance, and fintech sectors.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and disciplined forecasting.
- Expand EIU’s reach into new financial services sub-sectors and US geographies.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients across the buy side and sell side.
Revenue Generation & Sales Execution
- Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to contract execution.
- Consistently deliver against quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Lead negotiations of commercial terms with C-suite and procurement stakeholders.
- Apply insight-led, consultative selling to position EIU’s data products as essential strategic tools.
Market & Product Expertise
- Develop a deep understanding of client workflows, regulatory drivers, and industry data needs.
- Maintain awareness of trends in data consumption, APIs, and fintech innovation.
- Understand programmatic delivery (APIs, Feeds, Marketplaces) and the infrastructure supporting enterprise data use.
- Provide structured feedback to product, engineering, and marketing teams to inform product development and go-to-market strategy.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with internal teams across EIU and TEG to align product capabilities with client demand.
- Collaborate with colleagues across business units to maximise relationship value and cross-sell opportunities.
- Contribute to a culture of commercial excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets in selling data, APIs or DaaS s into Financial Services.
- Proven success selling data products to the buy side and sell side.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, asset management, or insurance workflows, and how data drives decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in licensing and commercial models underpinning enterprise data distribution.
- Established relationships across global financial institutions.
- Exceptional consultative sales and solution-selling capabilities with strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to grasp complex API/data offerings and articulate them in clear, commercial terms.
- Excellent presentation, pitching, and interpersonal skills at both technical and executive levels.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and Excel; experience with SalesLoft and Highspot a plus.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from USD $140,000-$160,000 (plus a generous commission structure - double OTE). It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Rather, salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus based on role and level.

Senior Account Director - Banking & Financial Services

LTM is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated professional with sound business insight and growth instincts to manage a portfolio of accounts in our Banking & Financial Services Unit. The Strategic Client Partner is accountable for growth, relationship strength and overall performance of the large Fortune Banking & Financial Services account/s. This role will be responsible for growing and expanding senior level client relationships, upselling within the account, managing teams across multiple geographies, customer satisfaction and the overall client relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
· Plans accounts strategy for long-term profitable growth and position LTM as a thought partner and business leader within the account.
· Leverage strong domain knowledge of the industry to understand customer’s business aspirations and challenges and design comprehensive transformation propositions.
· Builds and manages relationships across various levels in the client organization, particularly in the C-level/executive management level
· Creates opportunities to position LTM credentials, assets and value to the client and qualifies, prioritizes and assigns opportunities to deliver the highest percentage of wins
· Delivers long term strategy and goals at the BU/Corporate level; leads and manages the Account Team to ensure attainment common objectives
Role/Skills Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience managing and growing key Fortune accounts
· Established connections with CXO‘s and senior executives
· Digital enabled business transformation is your playground - you can visualize and design transformational solutions based on customer business goals, new business models and disruptive digital technologies.
· Proven experience in managing and connecting global multi-disciplinary teams, partners and alliances across engagement life cycles.
· Sound operational capabilities especially around P&L and account management
· Proven track record in exposure to outsourcing deals and consulting projects and scaling business in managed portfolio; this includes a sound understanding of emerging trends and new business models affecting the client segment
· Strong capability in responding to proposal request with an eye for innovative solutioning and newer business/commercial models
· A positive, results oriented style – must have a “change agent” attitude – challenging convention and pushing us and our business towards new opportunities, approaches, ideas, perspectives, etc
Must be willing to travel within the US and abroad when required.

Pay Range:
Base Salary: $172550 per annum to $205000 per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level a plus.
In addition, we offer a bonus which is dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.
