Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in various settings, promoting our services, and driving brand awareness. Sureslope expects candidates to be able to self-generate leads for this particular role. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships. Enjoy uncapped commissions on closed deals and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

Utilize effective communication techniques to convey the benefits of our offerings. Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences. Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback from potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the marketing process.

Experience

Previous experience in sales or canvassing from a home improvement company is strongly recommended. Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Experience in negotiating deals and closing sales is a plus. Familiarity with supervising teams or leading projects will be beneficial.
