We are looking for a technically strong, business-minded developer to design, build, and maintain internal applications and automations that improve how our team’s work. This role supports business processes, data, and technology and plays a key role in modernizing workflows across the organization. While Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate are core tools today, this role goes beyond low-code development. Key Responsibilities

Position Overview

The AI & Business Systems Manager is a senior, hands-on role responsible for designing, governing, and operationalizing artificial intelligence across Christopher Homes’ real estate development and luxury homebuilding platform. The manager will report to our CFO. This role requires deep, proven experience in real estate development and residential construction combined with advanced applied AI, data, and enterprise systems expertise.

The manager can work on-site or have a hybrid schedule.

This individual will lead the transformation of fragmented data and disconnected systems into a clean, structured, AI-ready ecosystem that improves efficiency, reduces costs, enhances forecasting, and elevates the customer experience. This is not a research role—this position focuses on practical, secure, ROI-driven AI embedded directly into daily workflows.

This is a full-time, individual contributor role with enterprise-wide responsibility and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

AI STRATEGY & IMPLEMENTATION (PRIMARY FOCUS)

·      Design and execute an enterprise AI roadmap aligned with real estate development and homebuilding workflows

The Construction Scheduler & BIM Modeler is a hybrid role responsible for integrating schedule development with model-based coordination to improve project predictability, sequencing, and execution. This position supports projects from preconstruction through closeout by combining Critical Path scheduling with BIM coordination, clash detection, and 4D planning.

The Role We Want You For

Position Overview:

The Manager, Commercial Distribution & Supply Chain is responsible for the day-to-end coordination and execution of physical and digital distribution across DSP, retail, and D2C channels. This role ensures that releases are operationally ready and that inventory is managed effectively to support revenue goals for both new releases and catalog titles.

Working closely with Marketing, Digital, Operations, and Finance, the Manager ensures that commercial plans are backed by solid inventory and that distribution workflows are efficient and accurate.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Nashville, TN office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribution Coordination: Coordinate multi-channel distribution across digital and physical platforms, ensuring supply and inventory plans align with upcoming release schedules.
• Demand Forecasting: Support global demand planning by analyzing streaming data and sales projections to help inform production runs and inventory positioning.
• Inventory Management: Manage physical manufacturing timelines and inventory levels—specifically for vinyl and limited-edition products—to maintain high service levels while minimizing waste.
• Distributor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for distributors regarding fulfillment, order tracking, and international shipping coordination.
• Release Readiness: Maintain operational excellence in digital delivery; ensure all metadata, assets, and timelines are met for error-free releases.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain performance dashboards and reports to track sell-through, inventory health, and forecast accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Support: Partner with Marketing, Production, and Finance to ensure pricing is accurate, margins are monitored, and release logistics are executed smoothly.
• KPI Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as forecast accuracy, On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery, and inventory turnover to improve overall efficiency.

Refactor Games is a AAA sports video game studio. We are developing the next generation of professional football (soccer) video games using Unreal Engine 5.

We’re looking for a Game Designer - Live Ops to help drive the design and execution of dynamic live content, events, and engagement systems for our AAA European football video game built in Unreal Engine 5. You’ll work closely with cross-discipline teams to launch compelling in-game experiences that boost engagement, retention, and long-term player satisfaction.

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys balancing creative live events with data-informed iteration and thrives in a collaborative environment focused on continuous live service excellence.

• You will lead the front-end planning and preconstruction process, collaborating closely with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams to align vision, scope, and budget. QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, or 5+ years of experience in the same
• At least 5+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project engineering (custom home or high-end residential preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, and Bluebeam
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
