Perform all designated guard functions including testing, monitoring, and responding to building fire alarm and electronic security systems, closed circuit television, participation in fire evacuation, access and egress services and other emergency evacuation plans.
Notify the Security Operations Center and when directed, the police and fire departments in the event of an emergency or an unusual occurrence adversely affecting the interest of the Government.
Turn off unnecessary lights; close windows; open, close, and secure doors; and check safes vaults, cabinets, and security doors, if possible.
Annotate and make notifications of discrepancies found.
Check machinery/equipment malfunctioning when alarms, unusual noises, and odors occur (if applicable).
Also, report any evidence of potential fire hazards to the Visitor Control post or an authorized representative.
Comply with established procedures, as outlined in Post Orders, pertaining to lost and found articles.
Record the recovery of found property and attempt to identify and return property to their proper owner.
After 24 hours, unclaimed found property shall be turned in to the Visitor Control Center.
Participate in quarterly exercises at designated site location.
The exercise shall test the responsiveness of the guard force and knowledge of their responsibilities in a variety of emergency situations.
Exercises shall be documented and an after- action review conducted.

As an example, a male between 35 to 39 years old is in the 99th percentile if they have 25.00 inches of flexibility, can push 172.14% of their body weight and can run 1.5 miles in 9:15.
The same person would be in the 1st percentile with scores of 10 inches of flexibility, 51.50% of body weight pushed and a 1.5 mile run in 22:00.

Finance • Develop and execute annual financial and operating plan • Lead the operation with integrity to meet or exceed the Business Plan targets • Identify issues with the operating metrics and P&L and make required adjustments in a timely manner • Ensure customer billings and associate payroll are prepared timely and accurately, the payables and intercompany charges are valid and correct, and all other activities are accurately reflected in the P&L.
Safety • Lead a culture of safety through personal example • Develop, execute, and assess continuous improvement plan to reduce accident and injury frequency • Ensure each associate understands their individual role and responsibilities, as well as the group's role and responsibilities required to achieve and maintain a safe work place • Proactively identify and correct unsafe conditions, work processes, and behaviors • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies, company policies and procedures • Coach through safety observations Growth/Customer Experience • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and challenge the status quo • Execute a process to track and record value delivered to the customer • Identify and seize profitable business opportunities for the customer and Penske • Utilize available metrics to monitor and maximize customer efficiencies and achieve cost savings.
