Responsibilities:
- May feed, remove, flex, jog, and stack printed sheets, folded signatures, labels or other in-process product to and from the equipment in the area assigned
- Load and unloads materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
- May load materials into trucks and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit, using hand tools
- Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area, using hand truck, electric dolly, or other device
- Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet
- Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers
- Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together, using banding machine and clincher May occasionally use automated equipment and/or operate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products
- Basic knowledge of general warehouse layout, item identification codes, basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and familiarity with the storage areas in order to be able to place or pull paper stock, signatures and materials in accordance with standard procedures
- Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items in accordance with operating instructions or under guidance of a higher level employee
- Basic knowledge of shrink-wrap equipment
- Able to complete appropriate forms relating to stock description, quantity, unit of issue, and the labeling requirements for incoming and outgoing materials
- Basic skill in the use of shrink-wrap or strapping equipment, manual dollies, pallet jacks, carts or hand trucks and hand tools used in material handling tasks such as hammers, pliers, strapping and stretch wrapping tools and equipment, tape fasteners, metal band sheers and related equipment

Quality Control Inspector III/ CMM Programmer
Overview:
The Quality Control Inspector/Programmer is responsible for visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts, assemblies, and/or sub-assemblies. This role inspects parts to engineering drawings, customer purchase order(s), work orders, industry standards, and specifications. The inspector may report detailed inspection accept / reject information directly to the customer with shipments.
Minimum Required Qualifications :
- Technical school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience with Mechanical / Electronic part inspection in a manufacturing or production Environment.
- Experience in quality with machined / mechanical parts using GD&T interpretation, able to do programs for automatic inspection with Optical Vision Systems and CMMs. plus. Able to use Profilometers and special Microscopes for visual characteristics with other measuring tools and instruments.
- Knowledgeable with AS9102 FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) documentation and Inspection.
- Familiar with AQL, sampling methods and traceability.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills required for multi-faceted interactions with all levels of personnel within the organization, as well as any and all outside agents, including but not limited to; vendors, suppliers, customers, etc.
- Strong computer literacy, with MS Office/PC expertise and demonstrated experience with applicable systems, programs, equipment, etc.
- Must be a US Citizen.
Essential or Primary / Key Responsibilities :
- Train other inspection personnel on CMM software and manual measurement techniques.
- Perform Mechanical measurements and visual quality assessments of received items, work-in-progress and finished goods.
- Performs 1 st Piece Inspection on machined parts and inspection for product Quality Analysis.
- Inspect with thread gages, GO/NO-GO plug gages, V-Blocks, Gage Blocks, height stands, dial indicators, various types of ID/OD micrometers, inspection of thread Pitch Diameter with special gages.
- Generate spreadsheets for data collection, evaluate history of product and recommend on Sample Size as per an AQL
- Reconcile final inspection documentation for shipments
- Interact with source inspector as needed and part-take in source inspection duties if necessary.
- Read, understand and interpret Mechanical/Electronic drawings.
- Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and physical measurement of the product., rejecting if necessary and processing part thru to the next step.
- Approve in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual, physical measurement and physical measurement of the product., communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
- Approve finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and physical measurement of the product.
- Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and inputting data into quality database
- Always verify equipment is operational and calibrated, follow operating instructions and coordinate repairs
- Work with Engineering, Operations, and other sources to resolve issues and meet goals

- This is a full-time position. Overtime and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
- Travel is rare but may be required to coordinate proper CMM inspection techniques with Suppliers.

Basic Purpose and Objective:
Feeds Pierce Nut stock into one or more tapping machines, set-up and operate single or multiple spindles tapping machines to thread Pierce Nut stock by performing the following duties.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
- Familiar with flat-die threaders planetary machines.
- Capable of operating machines, performing set-ups, making adjustments, performing hourly checks.
- Verifies nomenclature and specifications of purchase requests
- Collect data for SPC charts and make necessary calculations to complete and fill out all charting.
- Lift Pierce Nut stock manually, with hoist or lift truck and positions and secures Pierce Nut stock in feed mechanism.
- Verifies thread dimensions of Pierce Nuts with specifications using the audit pan to assure that non-conforming work pieces are scraped and/or saved for further analysis by the quality department.
- Setup: adjust as required, trouble shoot feed system for Pierce Nut stock entering the tapping machine, maintain maximum efficiency and up time of tapping machine.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Each item should account for 10% or more)

• Deliver product to each of the designated stops following the stop sequence provided for the day.
• Unload product safely and stage product in the space(s) designated by customer.
• Check invoice for complete delivery. Process paperwork and damaged merchandise if any.
• Collect payments if necessary.
• Monitor refrigeration system on the delivery vehicle on a consistent basis for safety; follow all safe food handling procedures.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections such as monitoring fluid levels, tires, windshield wash and replenishing fuel.

Responsible for performing in-process and/or outbound dimensional and visual inspections of component parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies as required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: List the essential functions (i.e.

Inspects (receiving, in-process and outbound) aerospace component parts, sub-assemblies and/or assemblies visually and dimensionally for conformance to manufacturing drawings, quality control specifications and supplier/customer requirements.

Responsible for review and acceptance of paperwork and documentation used in the acceptance of product.
Responsible to produce necessary manual or computer generated inspection reports to accept or reject products.

Fabricator
The Fabricator is responsible for the precision assembly, preparation, and layout of hygienic process piping, D1.1 Structural steel and equipment used in regulated environments such as food, pharmaceutical, and other life sciences sectors. Working from technical drawings, isometric diagrams, and project specifications, the Fabricator ensures that all components meet stringent quality, safety, and cleanliness standards, including compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ASME BPE guidelines, and internal quality systems.
