Position Summary

Thermoid is seeking a driven Production Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure seamless production flow. In this role, you’ll plan and organize workflows, set clear objectives, and inspire your team to consistently achieve 95% on-time delivery—collaborating closely with sales, purchasing, quality, and engineering to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow and enforce safety policies, ensure safety issues are addressed in a timely fashion, provide safety training and champion the safety program for the site
  • Partner with purchasing, engineering and quality to schedule production activities to ensure > 95% on-time delivery and warranty rates at < 0.5% cost of sales
  • Lead daily production team meetings and maintain departmental day-to-day production activities, monitor production, and prioritize workflow and schedules to maximize capacity plan for work cells
  • Manage the hiring, performance management, coaching and training for all direct reports to support employee development, improve cross-training and drive accountability
  • Build and maintain routings for products in the ERP system to constantly validate and improve daily shop scheduling practices
  • Identify opportunities for improvement related to safety, quality, on time delivery and cost, and develop & implement processes and/or process improvements to address gaps

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 3 years of experience with direct responsibility for production in manufacturing
  • At least 3 years of Supervisory experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working with an MRP or ERP system
  • Demonstrated experience with Continuous Improvement tools & structured Problem-Solving processes preferred

Technical Skills

  • Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to demonstrate leadership and coaching abilities

We are looking for a  Principal Thermal Rack Engineer within the Intelligent Infrastructure Segment to drive advanced cooling solutions for high-performance computing systems. This role involves incorporating thermal components such as direct liquid cooling (DLC) systems, coolant distribution units (CDUs), and manifolds into network and server racks (EIA 19” and ORv3). You will leverage CFD tools to perform rack and system-level thermal and fluid analysis, ensuring optimal flow distribution, pressure drop, and temperature performance. Additionally, you will create 3D CAD designs for seamless hardware integration, lead validation testing, and resolve thermal or flow issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.   • Lead the end-to-end integration and testing of rack thermal solutions, including liquid cooling systems in varying form factors and product lines.

  • Design and optimize thermal components using 3D CAD (Creo or SolidWorks) to support seamless hardware integration and testing.
  • Participate in customer engagements and site visits to understand and document deployment constraints and gather feedback for design improvements.
  • Partner with factory teams to ensure racks are built with proper airflow, hose routing, and thermal safeguards, while establishing best practices that improve build consistency across deployments.

  • Conduct thermal, mechanical, and reliability testing, analyzing airflow, coolant flow rates, pressure drops, and structural integrity to ensure compliance with the end-users’ specifications.
  • Develop and maintain design documentation including BOMs, wetted materials compliance, test plans, and engineering change orders (ECOs).
  • Manage relationships with mechanical/thermal component vendors to build out a robust partner ecosystem consisting of racks, CDUs, hoses, manifolds, QDs, and cold plates.
  • Ensure mechanical designs support airflow management, thermal containment, and integration with cooling systems (e.g., in-row cooling, in-rack cooling, rear door heat exchangers).
  • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for mechanical and thermal failures or field issues.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities

Performs Patient Care Activities as delegated by the Nurse utilizing applicable policies and procedures to ensure patient needs and expectations are met.
  • Knowledgeable and skilled in applicable procedures in providing care.
  • Provides hygiene needs of assigned patients (AM/PM care, oral hygiene and denture care, perineal care, shampoo, bathing, shaving, care of TED/SCD hose.)
  • Provides nutritional needs of assigned patients. (Tray distribution, setting up trays, offering supplements, feeding, adding tube feeding and recording intake.)
  • Provides elimination needs of assigned patient. (Foley care, bowel movements, bladder training, enemas, and external catheters; records output.)
  • Provides skin care of assigned patients. (turning, positioning, recognition and prevention of skin breakdown, operation of special beds, nail care, and back rubs.)
  • Provides comfort measures (Proper positioning, back rubs, oral care, wrinkle free bed sheets and ensuring that bedside table, water pitcher, urinal are within reach.)

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $17.89per hour - $28.98per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. Overview

To facilitate the activities of a nursing unit through the effective performance of receptionist, transcriptionist, and clerical processes and/or to assist Registered Nurses in performing assigned patient care and unit maintenance activities. This position manages information and connects physicians, team members and visitors with appropriate resources.
Qualifications

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA)American Heart Association (AHA), Education: H.S. Responsibilities

Performs Patient Care Activities as delegated by the Nurse utilizing applicable policies and procedures to ensure patient needs and expectations are met.
Knowledgeable and skilled in applicable procedures in providing care.
Provides hygiene needs of assigned patients (AM/PM care, oral hygiene and denture care, perineal care, shampoo, bathing, shaving, care of TED/SCD hose.)
Provides nutritional needs of assigned patients. (Tray distribution, setting up trays, offering supplements, feeding, adding tube feeding and recording intake.)
Provides elimination needs of assigned patient. (Foley care, bowel movements, bladder training, enemas, and external catheters; records output.)
Provides skin care of assigned patients. (turning, positioning, recognition and prevention of skin breakdown, operation of special beds, nail care, and back rubs.)
Provides comfort measures (Proper positioning, back rubs, oral care, wrinkle free bed sheets and ensuring that bedside table, water pitcher, urinal are within reach.)
Provides activity needs of assigned patients (i.e. dangling, turning, chair, ambulating, walker, and crutches).
Performs measurements of assigned patients (I&O,TPR, B/P, weights, empty drains, abdominal girth, hose measurements).
Performs additional skills as directed and supervised by the nurse, after training and certification, i.e. intermittent urinary catheterization and clean dressing changes (varies by unit or area).
Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge of patient.
Completes assigned aspects of admission process including vital signs, height and weight, room setup, room orientation, assists patient to bed, assures call light available etc.
Sets up equipment for care (IV poles, admission kit, others)
Stores and transfers belongings (dentures, hearing aids, glasses and other personal items).
Packs up all patient belongings at discharge.
Achieves patient satisfaction when providing patient care.
Makes rounds minimally every two hours to assure that patients are comfortable, positioned properly, call light available, room orderly.
Patient needs are met and satisfaction of care is expressed

Reports pertinent patient information to the nurse assigned to the patient in a timely manner.

Overtime used only as requested by Director/Nurse Manager/Lead RN/House Supervisor.
Prevents waste of supplies and linen.
Checks patient room for unused equipment/supplies and returns to SPD promptly.

Uses slow time to improve unit appearance and accept additional assignments.

Ensures adequate stock of BSI supplies in all rooms.
Performs errands as requested.
Knowledgeable of locations of various support areas.

Provides for safety measures of assigned patients (lift equipment, transfers, side rails, bed checks, call lights, gait belt use, back safety, slide board, use of restraints).

You will:
Customer Engagement & Post‑Sales Architecture
Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to gather thermal, environmental, mechanical, and operational requirements

Job Summary

Responsible for performing general firefighting and emergency medical care at fire and disaster scenes.

Essential Duties

Responsibilities




  • Decision making: Responsible for making decisions surrounding vehicle diagnostics and repair

  • Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties including: standard vehicle maintenance, preventive maintenance, complex repairs with minimal (if any) support

  • Demonstrate the ability to access and use internal and external maintenance documents - Diagnoses and repairs complex mechanical and electronic problems with minimal (if any) support, utilizing diagnostic computers/software when applicable

  • Performs remote triage to with RCRC and customers to determine best solution to assist roadside breakdowns

  • Performs facility maintenance duties

  • Interacts with customers/drivers to properly determine nature of complaint once assigned a task

  • Instructs and advises other technicians regarding maintenance repair procedures and diagnostics

  • Interact with non-contractual customers, exhibit account management skills to independently facilitate preventative maintenance, repair issue resolution, and discuss new repair estimates with customer. Coordinate work schedule as required by customers. Road test vehicles to identify cause of complaints for repairs, ensure quality of repair work performed, and deliver customer satisfaction.

  • Preventive maintenance (PM) and vehicle repairs responsibilities include but is not limited to:

  • A/C & Heater: Operate the system and recognize if the system is cooling or not (PM related); Perform system checks such as power to compressor, visual inspection of condenser, belt tension, etc; Identify Freon and oil leaks

  • Brakes-Air: Identify components of air brake system; Operate brakes and identify irregular noises, air leaks; Perform simple air system tests; Measure lining thickness; Adjust brakes; Perform air brake sections of P.M.; Measure drums, rotors, cam bushings Perform brake repairs per (BA298) once trained and qualified

  • Brakes-Hydraulic: Road test for proper operation; Make visual inspections for leaks; Check park brake operation; Check fluid level; Measure lining thickness; Adjust service brakes; Perform brake repairs per (BH298) once trained and qualified; Adjust park brakes

  • Cargo Handling/Transfer, Liftgates: Identify leaks; Operate lift gate; Identify make and model; Add fluid to bring to proper level; Make minor adjustments to lift platform and its controls; Identify basic malfunctions

  • Charging Systems (electrical): Visually inspect batteries; Clean connections; Check condition of belts; Test batteries; Check alternator mounting and pulley; Replace and adjust belts; Perform basic charging system check

  • Clutch: Lubricate throw-out bearing, linkage, shafts, and cables; Identify proper clutch operation; Identify proper clutch brake operation

  • Cooling Systems: Check and adjust coolant levels; Visually inspect system for leaks; Make minor repairs such as hose replacements, fan shrouds, leaking fittings; Recognize permanent antifreezes and their requirements; Use refractometer; Use pressure tester; Flush and refill systems

  • Cranking System (electrical): Inspect and test batteries; Visually inspect cables and cranking motor; Clean the battery cables, connections and starter; Replace batteries; Charge and check batteries; Replace or repair defective cables

  • Lighting System and Electrical Accessories: Repair minor wiring problems; Replace bulbs, lenses and simple light assemblies; Repair minor lighting problems; Replace and adjust sealed beams; Install or replace accessories such as heated mirrors, fans, spotlights

  • Drive Axles: Inspect housings for leaks; Change oil and filter, if required, and clean breathers

  • Driveline: Lubricate drive line; Inspect components for wear or damage

  • Gas Engines-All Engines: Check and adjust oil levels; Identify unusual noises, and oil leaks

  • Fuel Systems: Replace and prime fuel filter; Check gas and diesel fuel system components such as fuel lines, pickup tubes, return lines, etc, for proper integrity and condition

  • Preventive Maintenance: Proper lube techniques; Minimal tire inspection; Brake check/applied stroke; Battery check; Under vehicle check/loose components; Initial Fault code identification; All PMs (PM298) including C supplements to exclude overheads, engine brake overhauls, DPF servicing, clean doser injector, servicing ArvinMeritor unitized hubs, inspect Lece Neville alternator brushes, inspect modulator system for proper operation, inspect/adjust shift selector cable, pop test Isuzu injectors

  • Steering and Non-driven Axles and Alignment: Lubricate grease fittings, check and adjust fluid levels; Check and adjust toe; Check all steering components for wear; Check and adjust trailer axle alignment; Adjust wheel bearings including replacement of wheel seal

  • Suspension-Chassis and Cab: Identify makes and models; Identify normal operation; Identify and repair minor air leaks; Identify malfunctions of basic nature, broken springs, excessive wear on bushings, etc

  • Tire and Wheel Maintenance: Perform air pressure checks; Check tread depth; Identify tires that need to be changed or repaired; Perform tire P.M. checks; Replace tire and wheel assemblies; Mount/dismount and rotate tires; Perform tire/wheel checks/repairs per (TW298)

  • Vehicle Coupling System (PM): Lubricate fifth wheel plate and slider mechanism; Operate slider mechanism

  • Utilize key functions of Shop Management System and electronic documentation available. Perform work in accordance with all federal/provincial and corporate compliance guidelines (i.e. safety, DOT). Use internal and external maintenance documents

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of all service, safety and environmental records required to meet and/or exceed corporate, federal, state, and local government mandated requirements.

  • Accountable for key maintenance measurements established by company policy, related to the inspection and performance of PMs, brakes, tires, wheels, including any maintenance items directly associated with the safety of the customer.

Key Responsibilities -
