Host monthly safety meetings with colleagues. Complete periodic ride-along visits to observe colleague’s field operations and ensure implementation of EHS programs. Provide recommendations for safety improvements aimed at reducing risks, improving safety culture, ensuring compliance, and reducing injuries. Manage injury logs, workers compensation filings and internal reporting requirements,
  • Conduct routine site audits, safety walks, environmental inspections and other related evaluations (as needed) to identify systemic EHS management gaps. Develop and track corrective measures and implement solutions to sustain compliance.
  • Manage and report EHS-related information (injury/illness, environmental metrics, risk assessments, EHS action items) into the Company’s EHS online system (Cority). Submit all EHS reports as required by regulatory authorities.
  • Participate on injury/illness investigations and identify root cause and corrective/preventive actions. Provide coaching on practical EHS behaviors, work practices and solutions.
  • Develops EHS notices, postings, newsletter and other communications, as requested.
  • Participate on the site’s Emergency Response Team and Safety Committee.
  • This role will report to the site’s EHS & Facility Manager and will interact with Operations, Manufacturing, R&D, Facilities, Engineering, Quality, Distribution and office operations including working with all levels of the organization and be visible in the operational areas to support a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in environment, safety, occupational health, ergonomics, engineering or a similar technical discipline.
  • Minimum of five (5) year of EHS-related experience. (Open to new graduate with related internship or job shadow experience).
  • Professional certification (CSP, CIH) preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge and interpretation of federal and North Carolina safety and environmental regulations and programs including Carolina VPP Star.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field & Virtual Education (35%) - Deliver on-site or virtual training and education to healthcare providers and staff on reimbursement processes, including lunch-and-learns and scheduled presentations. Log all activity in CRM daily.
  • Benefit & Access Education (25%) - Educate providers on benefit verification, prior authorization, payer trends, and support center services. Document and report all interactions as required by the client.

The Adecco Group is partnering with a leading label manufacturing company in Mesa, AZ to identify an experienced Production Manager. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring product quality, on-time delivery, and the safety of all production team members. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on management style, a deep understanding of print/label manufacturing processes, and a track record of driving continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all production operations across label printing, converting, and finishing departments
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate production workflows to meet customer delivery requirements and output targets
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of production supervisors, leads, and line operators
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including throughput, yield, waste, and OEE; implement corrective actions as needed
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
  • Partner with Quality Assurance to maintain product consistency, resolve non-conformances, and drive root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with scheduling, customer service, and sales teams to align production capacity with demand
  • Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, waste reduction)
  • Manage materials utilization, minimize downtime, and optimize resource allocation across shifts
  • Participate in capital equipment planning, new product launches, and customer trials
  • Prepare and present daily/weekly production reports to senior leadership

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of progressive manufacturing management experience, with at least 2 years in a Production Manager or equivalent leadership role
  • Experience in label manufacturing, flexographic/digital printing, converting, or a closely related industry strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams of 20+ employees in a fast-paced production environment
  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency with production planning, scheduling, and ERP/MES systems
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO, GMP, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as production demands require

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Experience with FDA-regulated or food-contact label manufacturing
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
  • Familiarity with color management and press room quality control

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role is based on-site at a manufacturing facility in Mesa, AZ. The production environment involves exposure to machinery, inks, adhesives, and substrates typical of a label and print manufacturing operation. Candidates must be comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced production setting.

Adecco Search is partnering with a growing Mechanical Engineering firm specializing in the design and installation of large-scale commercial HVAC systems to identify a dynamic, results-driven Maintenance Sales Representative (MSR).


This is a high-impact role responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of commercial HVAC maintenance service contracts. The MSR will collaborate closely with the VP of Sales, Sales Manager, and Project Managers to expand market presence and build long-term client partnerships.


What You’ll Do

  • Proactively prospect and develop new client relationships to secure maintenance service agreements
  • Execute a structured sales process, including:
  • Conducting outbound prospecting and cold calls to schedule appointments
  • Leading in-person qualification meetings to assess client needs and fit
  • Performing detailed building surveys to inventory mechanical systems and identify service opportunities
  • Presenting findings, financial benefits, and service recommendations in verification meetings
  • Preparing, delivering, and negotiating formal proposals and contracts
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
