Job Overview


The Account Manager will drive Myers' Buckhorn Brands' organic growth efforts within the automotive, manufacturing and distribution product line (AMD), serving light and heavy manufacturing as well as various types of industrial and retail distribution customers. This is a unique opportunity to sell a more efficient, safer and reusable packaging solution to the world’s biggest brands.


This role focuses on expanding our current customer base while actively identifying and closing new opportunities across diverse distribution channels. Position Overview
The Senior Preconstruction Estimator will lead pursuits, initiate conversations with owners, act as the main point of contact with proposed clients and manage the Estimating group in certain functions. Client Development
  • Promote the growth and development of Client and Designer relationships.

About the Role


We are seeking a Contract Execution Manager to serve as the customer-facing liaison for large, custom-engineered, power transformer manufacturing projects. This is not a construction or software PM role — it is a highly technical, contract-driven position responsible for ensuring the successful execution of engineered-to-order equipment, from design release through manufacturing, shipment, and onsite installation.

Construction Management company seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its rapidly growing 50-year-old company. This Senior Project Manager must plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish by organizing and overseeing construction procedures to ensure they are completed on time and on budget. Responsibilities

  • Review issues timely if/when they arise and develop proactive solutions
  • Own the paperwork portion of the project
  • Frequent/daily visits to project job site
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Architects, Subcontractors, Vendors, etc. to meet the demands of the project
  • Develop scopes of work utilized for the procurement of subcontracts
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
  • Determine required resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
  • Lead the Project Team through collaboration and leadership skills
  • Hire Subcontractors/Vendors and efficiently allocate responsibilities
  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards

Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Vendor Support

  • Providing sales with accurate pricing for estimating projects and providing pricing on new parts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent quality, reliable delivery and competitive pricing



Procurement and Planning

  • Developing a clear understanding of what FCS builds using BOM and drawings provided by engineering
  • Understanding the production schedule and purchasing supplies for delivery 2 weeks ahead of when needed
  • Attention to detail and accurate record keeping for tracking costs
  • Tenacity to follow through on all parts to ensure they have arrived
  • Tracking standard stock, consumable items on a daily and weekly basis for purchasing
  • Maintain detailed records of supplies purchased and received items
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues, such as delays or defective goods, with vendors.
  • Ability to read drawings and work with vendors on acceptable part tolerances, grades of steel, manufacturing processes and quality control

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with ERP Systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and team-first mindset.
  • Willingness to work on-site, 45 hours per week.
