The Field Support Specialist works closely with the Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to support and increase the sales activity in the Sales Representative’s region. Maintains accounts through prospecting, closing, and providing solid market presence including serving customers.


Developing Business

  • Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials

  • Tremcare Gold Service (periodic visual inspection with minor repairs being addressed where detected on Tremco warranted roofs only).

May occasionally perform patch and repair work for small leaks that can be performed quickly after identifying the leak and other infrequent, limited physical labor. May also perform minor maintenance (caulking, flashing touch up, applying small amounts of mastic, removing debris, etc.) to prevent potential leaks.


This Work May Include But Is Not Limited To

  • Conducting diagnostic infra-red scans of roofs
  • Taking photographs
  • Preparing CADD drawings
  • Delivering or picking up samples, documents or small products from/to architects, owners and contractors.


Education And/or Experience

  • Minimum: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or combination of education and experience.
  • Must have a minimum of two to three years of related hands-on experience and/or training in a similar role.
  • Prior sales and/or customer related experience in roofing industry required.

Assists in developing and reviewing plans of correction for deficiencies noted during surveys.

Assesses residents' needs and staff competencies to ensure continuity of care.

Evaluates delivery of resident care using reports, records, observation, and feedback.

Functions as manager in charge of Nursing Department or Regional Center when directed.

Ensures reports and evaluations are accurate and timely; makes recommendations.

Performs related duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for production approval process
  • Document and maintain BOM and labels
  • Track and follow up BOM’s from overseas suppliers
  • Work with team on Lab dip and trim approvals and send to customer when required
  • Review and analyze test reports
  • Review and approve care labels
  • Request and follow up with a variety of samples
  • Daily communication with suppliers
  • Professionally communicate and follow up with customers on approval submits
  • Maintain production status on our web to ensure all is approved within the production timeline


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 3-5 years of experience in garment production
  • Strong understanding of garment production, fabric construction, testing
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative team player with problem solving mindset
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a strong sense of urgency

The Opportunity

ISSI is seeking a District Manager to lead and grow operations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. This is a highly relational, field-based leadership role supporting sales, operations, and customer relationships. The District Manager works closely with Account Executives, Operations Managers, suppliers, and customersβ€”driving revenue, gross margin, and operational health across multiple branches. This leader will partner with the current District Manager to co-lead the region.
