The University of California, Berkeley Library seeks an innovative and collaborative Metadata Strategies Librarian to improve and transform the discovery of library resources by evaluating and implementing new and emerging workflows, standards, and technologies.

The Metadata Services department is part of the Collection Services Division (CSD), along with the Acquisitions department and the Preservation department. Metadata Services supports resource discovery and access by cataloging and physically processing library resources in all formats and languages (except Chinese, Japanese, and Korean) for the University (Main) Library and subject specialty libraries. The department also performs database maintenance to ensure accurate metadata and enhance resource discoverability.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Metadata Services, the Metadata Strategies Librarian will help lead efforts to implement new metadata initiatives and maximize the use of technology and emerging standards to foster workflow efficiency and innovation. This position will develop and contribute to policies, standards, and services that enhance the discoverability of the Library's resources. The librarian will also support the Library's participation in the Program for Cooperative Cataloging (PCC).
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborates on the development and implementation of new metadata policies and workflows, such as linked data, to enhance access and discovery to the Library's collections.
- Evaluates and implements emerging applications, such as artificial intelligence, and metadata standards with the goal of continually improving metadata quality and fostering workflow efficiency and innovation.
- Participates in the creation, development, implementation, and revision of department and library policies and procedures.
- Develops, implements, and oversees metadata remediation and enrichment projects to support current and future discoverability.
- Provides training to department and library staff.
- Develops and maintains collaborative relationships across the Library and beyond.

About the Role:
The Front Desk does everything from scheduling personnel, checking-in clients, tidying the studio and ordering supplies to being the sales leader of the studio to grow sales and profits. In this role as the Senior Lead Front Desk Host, there needs to be an elevated sense of ownership in regards to the brand’s success, the growth of the team in your studio as well as supporting the growth of the other Leads in other locations, and overall the growth and success of your location and the other locations combined. This role is utilitarian in the sense of jumping into support of the studios where needed as things unfold.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Help Director of Sales / Operations with additional tasks including but not limited to:
- Schedule support / creation for FD Hosts and Lead FD Hosts
- This person will also be responsible for helping cover shifts if and when there is no additional coverage amongst the other team members
- This person may flex into helping support in other locations for training, hiring, and community engagement support
- Follow up with clients around membership - acquiring new members to our studios and helping support membership for our current members

- Although we absolutely do not require experience or a background in pilates, we do want to bring people onto our team who have a strong interest in taking the classes and loving our product we have to offer!
- Stay knowledgeable about competitive products, classes and programs
- Maintain accurate, thorough and timely data/information in all appropriate systems for reporting and statistical purposes and provide quantitative and qualitative analysis and feedback as requested

On behalf of our client (Georgia Department of Transportation), ResourceTek is accepting applications for a Project Manager (Aviation). Under minimum supervision, our client is seeking a self-starting experienced project manager who is customer oriented and driven to complete projects within budget, on time and with high standards implemented.
The PM is responsible for the direction, coordination, and management of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and State aviation planning and capital projects. The PM will assist in the implementation and maintenance of an airport’s Capital Improvement Program and will provide administrative support during project execution, including construction plans and specification reviews, correspondence, contracts, reports, and procedures. Attendance may be required at certain project meetings. Inspections of construction sites to verify compliance with federal and state aviation regulations and construction safety will be required. Job Title - Engineering, Design, R&D - Testing Technician
Duration: 12month
Location: Burlington, MA
The Testing Technician is responsible for creating formulations on the benchtop, brewing using client Brewers and testing the formulations both pre-brewing as well as the finished beverage for a number of analytical measures and sensory testing.
The role will include:
- Preparing benchtop formulations including measuring and weighing ingredients, blending, and packing into single serve portions.
- Performing analytical and sensory analysis on samples both before and after preparation.
- Labeling, organizing, and putting samples into storage for shelf life testing.
- Maintaining documentation of incoming samples, samples prepared, samples in shelf life, as well as documenting test results
- Performing simple mathematical calculations to scale formulas or determine quantities for batch sizing
- Sample preparation for scientist and business partners to taste, including a clean appearance, and acting with politeness and confidence.
- Record and organize quality data in appropriate computer spreadsheets and report results to management.
- Provide training as required for new permanent and temporary personnel in proper test techniques and methods, as well as data recording requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with brewers or unexpected sample behavior and perform root cause analysis.
Lead Security Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Security Technician to support commercial security system installations across projects in the Charleston, SC area. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing field crews, ensuring high-quality installations, and coordinating with project stakeholders to deliver successful security system deployments.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, door hardware, and structured cabling, along with the ability to lead teams and maintain professional jobsite standards.
Key Responsibilities
Field Leadership
- Lead and supervise installation teams on active job sites
- Assign daily tasks and ensure productivity and quality standards are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact between field teams and project leadership
- Maintain jobsite organization, safety compliance, and workflow efficiency
Security System Installation
- Install, terminate, and troubleshoot:
- Access control systems
- CCTV / IP camera systems
- Intrusion detection systems
- Install and wire door hardware including:
- Electric strikes
- Maglocks
- Door contacts
- Request-to-exit (REX) devices
- Card readers and keypads
Cabling & Infrastructure
- Pull, route, terminate, and test:
- Cat5e / Cat6 / Cat6A
- Composite access control cable
- Coax and low-voltage cabling
- Perform clean cable dressing, labeling, and pathway management
- Build and wire panels, enclosures, and head-end equipment
System Integration & Testing
- Assist with panel terminations and device integrations
- Support system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Ensure all installations meet project specifications and code requirements
Documentation & Communication
- Read and interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, and scopes of work
- Provide daily progress updates to project managers or supervisors
- Track materials, report issues, and coordinate solutions in real time
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in low-voltage / security system installation
- Proven leadership experience as a Lead Technician or Foreman
- Strong background in:
- Access control systems
- CCTV / surveillance systems
- Structured cabling and terminations
- Door hardware installation
Preferred System & Brand Experience
Experience with one or more of the following platforms is highly preferred:
- Access Control: Lenel, LenelS2, Software House (CCURE), Genetec, Avigilon, Brivo, AMAG, Honeywell, Openpath
- CCTV / VMS: Avigilon, Genetec, Milestone, Hanwha (Wisenet), Axis
- Intrusion Systems: Bosch, Honeywell, DSC, DMP
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of low-voltage wiring and system architecture
- Experience with panel wiring and device integration
- Ability to troubleshoot systems independently
- Proficient in reading prints and executing scopes with precision
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check (required for secured sites)
- OSHA 10 (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in construction environments
