Summary of responsibilities:
- Support supporting our leaders + community - This role will be pivotal in aiding the Director of Operations and Sales in support of the member experience across all studios, community events for membership retention and engagement, sales initiatives, and training support.

About the Role:
The Front Desk does everything from scheduling personnel, checking-in clients, tidying the studio and ordering supplies to being the sales leader of the studio to grow sales and profits. The Front Desk must enjoy interacting with clients, stay cool under pressure, enjoy sales and must love what they do. Overall, the Front Desk must have a strong sense of ownership, loyalty and involvement to make the studio profitable each month per company goals. In this role as the Senior Lead Front Desk Host, there needs to be an elevated sense of ownership in regards to the brand’s success, the growth of the team in your studio as well as supporting the growth of the other Leads in other locations, and overall the growth and success of your location and the other locations combined. This role is utilitarian in the sense of jumping into support of the studios where needed as things unfold.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Help Director of Sales / Operations with additional tasks including but not limited to:
- Schedule support / creation for FD Hosts and Lead FD Hosts
- This person will also be responsible for helping cover shifts if and when there is no additional coverage amongst the other team members
- This person may flex into helping support in other locations for training, hiring, and community engagement support
- Follow up with clients around membership - acquiring new members to our studios and helping support membership for our current members
- Making calls to members to utilize their packages
- Call members on their milestone dates to build community support
- Converting members who visit on intro visits or drop in sessions not memberships or packages
- Assist with freezing and cancellation of memberships
- This role will also jump into helping resolve membership needs in other locations for others leads as needed
- Support with supply orders within the studio and managing our inventory
- Support with scheduling personal, semi personal, and small group sessions for members and future members
- Assist / aid in Mariana Tek + all other tech programs we use in studio to support optimal success for the internal teams and members
- Show up to events or experiences we host / help put on events or experiences for our members and future members
- This person will be on the ground for their own studio events while also taking on supporting in scheduling other studio events with the other leads and Dir. of S&O
- They may on the rare occasion need to be at the events of other locations with as much notice in advance as possible
- Loves to be the face of the brand! This person understands what it means to be “on brand”, loves taking care of our community, and keeps the studios best interest at heart
- Interact with clients and deliver a high level of customer service at all times in a professional, courteous, sensitive and friendly manner.
- Maintain positive energy and high-end feel to the studio, by remembering clients and their names, answering phones and emails appropriately, welcoming guests, answering questions, resolving conflicts, helping the teachers, etc.
- Make sure you and the entire staff are working as a team to keep common areas neat and clean for both appearances and safety. Manage and coordinate periodic cleaning staff
- Help teachers set up appropriate props and apparatus for each class. Help the teacher put away items and reset for the following class
- This person will work closely with the Lead Instructor of their region to ensure they are set up when it comes to their needs in the studios
- Motivate staff by acknowledging strong performance. Give constructive feedback in a timely manner to elevate individual output and eliminate conflict
- Report performance deficiencies to management, as appropriate
- Actively sell and promote studio products and classes and monitor theft
- They will be involved in the help of facilitating additional training with the Dir. of S&O in regards to sales, sales support, membership offerings, etc.
- Stay knowledgeable about all of our products and classes
- Although we absolutely do not require experience or a background in pilates, we do want to bring people onto our team who have a strong interest in taking the classes and loving our product we have to offer!
- Stay knowledgeable about competitive products, classes and programs
- Maintain accurate, thorough and timely data/information in all appropriate systems for reporting and statistical purposes and provide quantitative and qualitative analysis and feedback as requested
- Help organize weekly meetings and special events
- As-needed, help in leading/supporting staff meetings
- Any other tasks required to operate the studio and help meet company goals

Speir Pilates is a privately held boutique Pilates studio in West Hollywood and Venice, with plans for additional expansion. We offer group Pilates classes developed by celebrity instructor, Andrea Speir. Each class fuses pilates with intense circuit training, great music and positive vibes. - Hospitality, retail or customer service role - health and wellness is strongly preferred however not required
- Working on a team and being a part of a team-based environment

Role Overview
The Studio Lead is the on-site leader responsible for membership growth, daily operations, instructor development, and client experience across 1-2 studio locations. This role blends hands-on leadership, sales accountability, and culture building to ensure the studios consistently meet performance goals while delivering an exceptional Reformed Pilates experience.

What You'll Do
Studio Leadership & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, clean audits, vendor coordination, and full brand standard compliance.
- Maintain instructor coverage and availability to ensure consistent, high-quality class delivery.
- Serve as the primary on-site leader and culture carrier for clients and instructors.
Sales, Retention & KPI Ownership
- Own studio KPIs including new membership sales, retention, class utilization, instructor hours, and revenue performance.
- Drive grassroots marketing through local events, partnerships, group privates, and community outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Actively engage with members to strengthen relationships, resolve concerns, and improve retention.
- Track performance trends and implement action plans to improve results.
Instructor Development & Recruiting
- Coach, support, and onboard new instructors to ensure alignment with the Reformed Pilates method and client experience standards.
- Provide real-time feedback, encouragement, and accountability to strengthen teaching quality and team engagement.
- Support instructor recruiting through client relationships, referrals, grassroots events, and community presence.
Teaching & Studio Support
- Lead by example by teaching 9-12 classes per week while maintaining strong member connection and energy.
- Support new studio openings or regional needs when additional coverage or leadership is required.

- Membership Growth: Consistently meeting or exceeding new membership sales targets, with a healthy lead pipeline supported by grassroots efforts and strong in-studio conversion.
- Retention & Client Experience: Retention is trending up (or steady at goal), client feedback is addressed quickly, and the studio maintains a strong sense of community and consistency in experience.
- KPI Discipline: Studio KPIs are tracked weekly and shared clearly; action plans are created and executed when performance dips (sales, retention, utilization, instructor hours, etc.).
- Operational Excellence: Audits are consistently completed on time, the studio is clean and brand-aligned, vendors are managed smoothly, and scheduling/coverage issues are resolved proactively.

Summary
The Territory Sales Representative is a key member of our Domestic Sales team and is responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple channels, including Pilates and yoga studios, specialty retail, run and dancewear shops, spas, health clubs, department stores, and e‑commerce partners.
This role supports and collaborates closely with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and independently manages accounts across the Tri‑State and New England territory. Responsibilities include strategic account growth, forecasting, prospecting, reporting, territory management, trade show support, and ensuring seamless order execution.
This position is best suited for someone who is highly autonomous, organized, customer‑focused, and confident navigating both structured processes and fast‑changing priorities.
Sales + Account Growth
- Support the RSM and Sales Representatives to meet revenue goals in the assigned territory
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through HubSpot CRM
- Build efficient sales routes using Spotio and maintain consistent field activity
- Conduct outbound calls, upsell existing accounts, and drive strategic growth
- Strengthen dealer relationships and monitor sell‑through to encourage future bookings
- Prospect, pitch, and open new accounts across the region
- Attend regional and national tradeshows and key customer meetings
Wholesale Order + Territory Management
- Enter, review, and modify orders using SAP Business by Design, NuOrder, and EDI tools
- Ensure all orders meet routing, compliance, ticketing, pre‑packing, and shipping standards
- Monitor open orders and communicate regularly with accounts on status updates
- Resolve backorders, cancellations, credit holds, and delivery issues
- Issue return authorizations for warranty or product concerns
Reporting + Forecasting
- Analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities using YOY, Daily Booked, Open Order, Past Due, and Category reports
- Track progress toward monthly, quarterly, and annual shipping goals
- Provide accurate sales intelligence, inventory updates, ATS reports, and customer insights
- Deliver clear and actionable reporting to support external reps and internal teams
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Product, and Operations to execute best practices
- Prepare samples, merchandising tools, and materials for meetings and presentations
- Provide coverage for the RSM when needed
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education and Experience
- 3 years of selling experience in the apparel industry or a similar related environment
- Experience with out-calling, upselling, and general account management
- Experience working with sales, or a closely related field with proven experience in analyzing sales reports and recognizing potential opportunities
- High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field preferred.
- An understanding of barre, Pilates, yoga, and general fitness activities
Technical Skills and Experience
- Proficient internet skills (searching, navigating)
- Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint

Travel

Job Summary
The Fitness Center Manager oversees all operations of a corporate office building’s fitness center, ensuring a positive and motivating environment for all users. This role encompasses daily facility management, group fitness instruction, personal training, equipment maintenance, and adherence to high standards of safety and cleanliness. Fitness Center Operations:

This position will report to the Store Manager.

- Actively engage our customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on the fabrics, features, fit, and function of our product.
- Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store environment ranging from store events & promotions to community projects.
- Provides training and immediate feedback around our Customer Experience Playbook & other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.)
- Works in coordination with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed individual & team performance goals.
- Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to increase overall Customer experience.
- Maintain store-merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the Customer's purchase journey.
- Actively participate to provide and nourish feedback to Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
- Strive for excellence meeting and exceeding Store objectives as it relates to Performance, Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality standards.
- Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
- Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
- Maintain all safety and security standards, as well as identify and communicate potential issues.
- Unpack boxes for inventory as required. Boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs.
What you bring to the team
- 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment. Prior retail management experience, a plus.
- Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition and other healthy activities.
- Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store environment.
- Ability to work with large teams.
- Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a high degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, including the ability to take initiative when an opportunity provides itself.
- Familiar with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
- Self-motivated, a good communicator with an innate ability to bring the best out in others.
- The ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well under pressure.
- Flexibility in work hours, open to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
- This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders.
