Role Overview

• Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related incidents, service requests, and user inquiries

• Conduct individual, or family therapy sessions based on ethical and medical necessity guidelines; involve patient and/or family in treatment planning as appropriate

Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted (PhD, PsyD) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• 2+ years licensed experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, families and/or groups

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience evaluating adults and/or children in an outpatient clinical setting
• Experience with health psychology
• Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
• Knowledge and experience in providing neuropsychological, CBT, and other evidence-based interventions
• Proven ability to work with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Proven ability to complete diagnostic assessments, general psychiatric testing, and provide direct therapy in an outpatient clinical setting

Pay Range: $97,300 - $146,100 annual total cash target pay
Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full time employment and generally follows the range above, includes earnings from hourly pay (32/hr) and incentive pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
