The Maintenance Technician is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the property. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor. In the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will assume all maintenance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

• Apartment renovations and turns/Make-Ready
• Exterior preventative maintenance
• Complete work-orders in an effective and timely manner
• Standard handyman work including appliance repair & troubleshooting, painting, plumbing, light electric, light carpentry, & patching drywall.
• Porter/Grounds keeping work during downtime.

Maintenance Skills Desired

• • 1+ year of experience as an Apartment Maintenance/Service Technician
  • General knowledge of basic residential carpentry, sheetrock, painting, plumbing, and electrical
  • Experience troubleshooting & repairing residential appliances
  • Experience in HVAC and EPA 608 preferred but not required

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 2+ years' experience in maintenance property management
• EPA Universal Certification Required
• CPO Certification Preferred
• Ability to earn future designations as required by Industry standards, EPA regulations, OSHA requirements, etc.
• Must possess solid knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc. information as required by daily operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Must be team oriented and a problem solver.
• Maintain professional appearance and manner at all times.
• May be required to work extended periods of time without relief, when responding to priority/emergency situations.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

Job Duty 1 -
Perform preventative maintenance on food service and refrigeration equipment as well as scheduled predictive maintenance checks following manufacturers' recommendation and/or as assigned by the supervisor.

Carry out installations of new equipment.

Job Duty 3 -
Perform repairs and maintenance duties on a wide variety of food service and refrigeration equipment such as walk-in freezers, industrial-sized steam cookers, refrigerators, ice machines, dishwashers, fryers, stoves, ovens, and grills.

Job Duty 4 -
Carry out periodic inspection, cleaning, and equipment servicing.

Job Duty 5 -
Interpret equipment manuals for proper training, care, and maintenance of equipment.

As a Director, Zone Asset Protection at Family Dollar, you’ll lead asset protection programs and execution across a large, multi-region retail zone while developing a high-performing team of Asset Protection Managers.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Leadership & Team Development:

• Lead and continuously advance a comprehensive asset protection program across a large, complex retail environment
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Asset Protection Managers across the assigned Zone
• Execute Hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development of direct reports

Asset Protection Strategy & Execution:

• Facilitate regular shrink and asset protection review meetings with district and regional leadership to monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze shrink trends and operational data to identify patterns, high-risk locations, and emerging loss factors, implementing targeted mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with business partners and store leadership teams to resolve discrepancies and strengthen shrink‑control processes.
• Oversee shrink-related investigations (internal, external, process-related) and partner with law enforcement or legal teams when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement of shrink mitigation strategies, incorporating technology, analytics, compliance audits, and policy enhancements
• Analytics, Audits & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and follow up on shrink and cash loss trends using predictive tools and dashboards
• Action planning and leadership with the ability to translate data into actionable insights to reduce shrink and mitigate risk

• Serve as the subject matter expert and leader for all Asset Protection issues within the Zone

Emergency Management & Compliance:

• Partner with business partners to provide on-site support during emergency situations
• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting of incidents to Corporate Asset Protection
• Maintain compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and investigative practices
• Proactively lead workplace violence prevention programs and training
• Oversee incident response and recovery, ensuring proper documentation, risk mitigation, and support following any violent event
• Oversee threat assessment process to investigate concerning or threatening behaviors, enabling early identification of risks and timely protective actions

Your Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of Asset Protection or Loss Prevention experience in a multi-unit retail environment
• 5+ years managing Asset Protection Managers or equivalent field leadership roles
• Demonstrated success leading shrink reduction, investigations, audits, and compliance programs across a large geography and diverse environment
• Wicklander Certification (or equivalent investigative interviewing training)
• Strong analytical skills and experience using Asset Protection systems / Case Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory up to 60% of the time

Preferred Requirements:

• Degree in security related field or the equivalent in years of experience
• Prior experience in a director-level or senior regional Asset Protection role

Role

The FTZ Administrator will take ownership of client accounts, ensure work is completed on a daily basis, and be accountable for the compliance and accuracy of transactions under his/her responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Process documentation required for foreign-trade zone operations and customs clearance in accordance with Customs regulations, with careful attention to detail
• Ensure adherence to any relevant governmental regulations (partner government agencies, tariffs, license requirements, etc.)

Qualifications

Role Overview

Under general supervision, the Sr. Accountant will collaborate with partners across the organization to:

• Provide detailed reports, including profit/loss projections

• Present financial reports and insights to internal leaders

• Analyze financial data and propose solutions to accounting issues

• Investigate and provide feedback on irregularities

• Support monthend, quarterend, and yearend closing processes

• Ensure SOX compliance and support remediation efforts

• Assist internal and external audit processes

• Manage fixed asset accounting including acquisition, classification, depreciation, and disposal

As a Certified Surgical Tech, under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to the company’s mission and vision by assisting with the provision of safe and effective nursing care in accordance with a defined scope of practice within the operating room. This may include: direct patient care and observation, scrubbing and assisting the surgeon at the operative field, surgical room turnover between cases, collection and recording of pertinent clinical data in the medical record and consistent collaboration with the Registered Nurse in clinical decision making.

What you will do in this role:

• Demonstrate necessary practical, technical, or specialized skills required for the role of the surgical technician in accordance with the Association of Surgical Technologists
• Assist in preparing the operative suite for surgery by checking and gathering supplies, equipment, and instruments
• Ensure that surgical asepsis is maintained in the handling of instruments, sponges, sutures, drains, needles, and dressings
• Assist in the turnover of the operating room suites between cases, disposing of trash and linens, and cleaning of equipment and environmental surfaces
• Prepare procedure room for use the following day by bringing in equipment, setting up, "pulling cases" accurately, and reporting to supervisor items that are needed and not available

Qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program as required per facility practice and state regulatory requirement; otherwise preferred
• Surgical Tech Certification
• One year experience in an operating room setting (preferably in an ambulatory surgery center)
• Valid BCLS Certification upon employment ***Online certification not acceptable

We are seeking an EP Lab Tech for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? As an Electrophysiology/EP Lab Tech, you will identify steps in established procedures to provide technical assistance for selected diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures, which include supply, equipment operation, monitoring, imaging and use of medical devices.

What You Will Do In This Role:

• Use hemodynamic and ECG monitoring, including interpretation of data.
• Scrub assist for all diagnostic and electrophysiology procedures including preparation of supplies and instruments, preparation and maintenance of the sterile field, preparation and manipulation of cardiac catheters, guide-wires and devices
• Injection of contrast media and medications from the sterile field as directed and supervised by the physician
• Documentation of procedures and patient information according to hospital policy.
• Assist to coordinate procedure schedule as assigned
• Assist with inventory control as directed by the supervisor / manager
• Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization
• Other duties as assigned

• Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), or Registered Radiographer (ARRT), or 3 years of Cath Lab or EP experience
• CVT Tech
• Allied Health Degree
• Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross required within 1 year of hire date or transfer into position
