About the Job:

The Superintendent leads, directs, and coordinates the work of subcontractors and/or Venture trade labor. The Superintendent is responsible for ensuring safety, schedule delivery, quality of work performed, and adherence to project budget. They must develop a positive company reputation with the client and community; as a partner with the project management team, they are the senior onsite company representatives. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, direct, and coordinate the work of subcontractors and Venture trade labor
  • Maintain onsite responsibility for safety, schedule delivery, quality of work performed, and budget

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline preferred but not required or recent construction experience, expressly wood framed projects
  • 15 years of Construction Management experience minimum.
  • 10 years of Supervisory experience minimum.
  • LEED AP and OSHA 30 certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Project, and Procore or equivalent software.

Responsibilities: Manage wrongful death and catastrophic injury files from intake through trial.

Conduct discovery, schedule depositions, and handle 18.001 medical affidavits.

Maintain consistent client communication and ensure all deadlines are met.

Collaborate with attorneys and department leadership to deliver exceptional case outcomes.

Ensure full compliance with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.

Job Description Summary

The ICU Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is a valued member of the intensive care team who has coordination and clinical skills required for the comprehensive management of critical care medicine patients. Scheduled Work Hours/Shift: 12 (13 hour shifts) in a 4- week block.


  • The majority of shifts include weekend coverage. APP may request off 4 weekend shifts every 3 blocks (12 weeks) or average thereof, to allow for the same total weekend shifts over a year.

Physical Requirements

Continuous requirements are to perform job functions while standing, walking and sitting. Ability to bend at the waist, kneel, climb stairs, reach in all directions, fully use both hands and legs, possess good finger dexterity, perform repetitive motions with hands/wrists/elbows and shoulders, reach in all directions. Ability to be qualified physically for respirator use, initially and as required. Maintain 20/40 vision corrected, see and recognize objects close at hand and at a distance, work in a latex safe environment and work indoors. Frequently lift, lower, push and pull and/or carry objects weighing 50 lbs (+/-) unassisted, exert up to 50 lbs of force, lift from 36" to overhead 25 lbs. Infrequently work in dusty areas and confined/cramped spaces. 

Additional Job Description

Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing and two years clinical experience required, at least one year of which must have been in a specialty area of care. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner specific to the area of employment required unless a new graduate. New graduates must be certification eligible upon employment, and obtain certification within six months of employment. Requires licensure as a Registered Nurse and hold official recognition as a Nurse Practitioner from the South Carolina Board of Nursing. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required
