JOB DESCRIPTION

The Detroit Medical Center (DMC) Registered Nurse (RN) is a member of the Patient Care Services Team, and is responsible for the satisfactory completion of nursing care by the nursing team. The RN manages and provides patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through application of independent judgment, communication and collaboration with all team members including ancillary and support services. Your Role: The Buyer is responsible for ensuring raw materials, components and subassemblies are delivered to the production site to support production needs.   • Assist with creating, implementing, and improving the plant's future state EHS management system. Support behavioral-based safety programs and processes.
  • Incorporate new EHS regulations, directives, and standards into the plant's management systems. Conduct regular internal EHS auditing to ensure compliance, including follow-up on incident/accident investigations through the internal EHS system, corporate audit, and compliance inspection actions.
  • Interact with the production and maintenance team to ensure policies and procedures are followed. Train, audit, instruct, and correct where necessary.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in customer experience, product design, or UX leadership roles, with at least 7 years managing multidisciplinary teams.

  • Expertise in design strategy, design operations, and journey orchestration across digital and omni-channel environments.
  • Deep knowledge of full-stack design disciplines, including UX research, interaction design, service design, and production design.
