Position OverviewMary Square is looking for a detail-oriented Technical Design Intern to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate would describe themselves as a team player that is organized, efficient and passionate about technical design. The Technical Design Intern supports the technical design team in ensuring garments meet Mary Square’s fit, construction, and quality standards. The Technical Project Manager (TPM) has three main responsibilities:
- Project Manage all technical tasks during implementation and upgrades.
- Install and configure servers and the Care Logistics applications in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and on premise.
- Perform technical operations and oversee availability, performance, and supportability of our observability infrastructure.
The TPM acts as the project manager and liaison between Care Logistics and the customer for all technical activities. The TPM is responsible for coordinating the system configuration, sizing, ordering, and installation while technically engineering and managing the integration of Care Logistics solutions. They work closely with Solutions Delivery and customer resources in support of organizational objectives. Solutions Delivery functions include project delivery tasks such as solution sizing, technical project planning, customer guidance, system installation, system validation, system testing, technical training, and support of technical onsite events. The TPM facilitates DevOps functions between development and the Solutions Delivery teams to ensure technical operations are correctly executed, effectively communicated, and continuously improved.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Delivery components of customer project tasks which include:
- Assist with the design and implementation of new technologies

Requirements Engineering and SCOR Integration Translate functional business requirements into detailed technical specifications for SAP HANA database modeling and Oracle OBIEE metadata repositories.
Implement the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) framework to standardize performance metrics, ensuring that system data accurately reflects Level 1-3 KPIs (e.g., Reliability, Responsiveness, Cost).
Conduct gap analysis between as-is functional processes and to-be system logic, providing technical solutions to resolve discrepancies in data granularity and lineage.
Required Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in information systems, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Techno-Functional role bridging business analysis and SAP system architecture.
Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, specifically within Logistics and Supply Chain modules.
Technical Skills: SAP S/4HANA: Strong understanding of S/4HANA data architecture and the differences between ECC and S/4HANA data models.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.
Ability to query databases to verify business logic.
Analytics Architecture: Experience designing reporting solutions and data models for enterprise analytics platforms, preferably Oracle OBIEE.
Functional Competencies: Aerospace Industry: Knowledge of transactional part business, including traceability, configuration management, and compliance requirements.

We are seeking a dedicated, centralized Senior Technical Program Manager to establish and own our AI Compliance program, with a primary focus on GenAI risk mitigation. This specialized, high-impact role will bridge technical innovation, business strategy, and global regulatory requirements, ensuring our GenAI initiatives are both cutting-edge and compliant.
What you'll do:
- Strategy and Program Ownership: Establish, own, and continually iterate on the holistic AI Governance and Risk Management Framework for the company, integrating it across all relevant engineering and product teams.
- Regulatory Compliance Roadmapping: Partner closely with Legal to translate emerging global AI regulations into concrete engineering requirements, compliance plans, and a unified roadmap.
- Risk Mitigation Systems: Establish and improve risk management systems, including developing internal policies for responsible AI practices, defining AI safety principles, establishing metrics that ensure effective compliance, and improving Pinterest's ability to mitigate risks of AI development through internal platforms and infrastructure.

Key Accountabilities:
- Manage product lifecycle from Showroom sample through pre-production fit approval.
- Oversee pre-production samples development, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive technical packages, to final full graded specifications. Determine necessary corrections, utilize garment patterns effectively to achieve the desired fit, silhouette, and style.
- Lead live fit sessions to evaluate and refine fit, construction, and quality. Execute fit comments in a timely manner to ensure the fit process remains aligned with production timelines and objectives. Provide grading guidelines to vendors after fit approval, ensure that grading is executed accurately to preserve the integrity of the design and fit across all sizes.
- Partner successfully with Product Development, Design and Production teams to ensure fit and product development process stays in line with production and action timelines. Create and manages WIP report for development tracking and garment delivery
Education and Experience:

- Proven expertise in apparel fitting, specs and patterns
- Working knowledge of PLM, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel
