How Will You Make An Impact?
To be a technical focal point to monitor and work supplier quality issues directly with the manufacturer and communicate status on non-conforming parts/suppliers across all programs. Evaluate supplier performance, determine appropriate Inspection processes and provides guidance to Receiving Inspection function at the site level.

This role will be based on-site at our Memphis, TN facility.
What Will You Do?
Serve as the focal person for commodity related quality and functional issues that stem from components being purchased for manufacturing.
Ensure that all production critical supplier issues are resolved in a timely manner, and corrective actions are implemented correctly.
Serve as the point of contact for Inspection Plans and Inspection Methods, and provide guidance to Receiving Inspection Auditors.
Ensuring ongoing site supplier evaluation is performed; This would be achieved by using site information collected from Receiving Inspection, MRB, Customer Returns, SCAR database and by liaison efforts with customer work cells.
Performance will be reported internally, to the supplier, and to the customer where applicable.
Perform supplier audit interfacing with Corporate SQE if applicable.
To provide documentation to perform Inspection of components per Inspection Plans in SAP.
Monitor and drive PPM issues with the supply base in addition to helping them achieve “Dock to Stock” certified with Jabil (in accordance to the vendor performance system).
Drive supplier selection strategies that will yield a supply base that can be used across all customer programs providing leverage cost savings.
Proactively communicate information or issues that may impact the product costs of manufacturability to all affected departments.
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician III provides preventative maintenance and repair services at the Denver establishment, following manufacturers' instructions and utilizing knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment (as appropriate to position level). This position is primarily responsible for on-going maintenance, development, and upkeep of facility equipment and complex sterilization equipment.
Preferred skills include LabView maintenance and programming to interface with sterilization equipment, including sensors, actuators, and instrumentation devices.
In addition, this position is responsible for independently maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing sterilizers and other laboratory equipment, as needed.
Responsible for maintaining all the equipment in the facility, the facility itself inside and out, and miscellaneous maintenance duties as needed. Special emphasis placed on accurate record keeping for FDA GMP purposes with focus on maintaining accurate maintenance logs.
Job Functions:
- Provide preventative maintenance at location in accordance with established procedures and techniques using proper tools, test equipment and replacement parts.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 3+ years' experience with industrial machine maintenance and electronic wiring and soldering or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
- FDA/ISO exposure and document control and ability to read, interpret and test according to FDA and ISO standards a plus
- Higher-temperature repair and pipe fitting experience a plus
- Pressurized systems maintenance preferred
- Very strong technical proficiency in using schematics, system diagrams and repair/replacement procedures to troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate all products assigned.
- Has the ability to assist with troubleshoot, repair and install facility and production equipment in an efficient manner to minimize operation downtime
- Desirable to have experience and understanding of electronic circuit logics (e.g. discrete, TTL, MOS, and linear circuits) and Relay Ladder Logic troubleshooting and PLC programming

Responsibilities:
- Monitors packaging equipment for proper operation, makes adjustments and repairs to optimize machine performance.

TITLE: Senior Maintenance Manager, Whey & RSPC
DUTIES: Manage and provide technical advisement to address and evaluate the Whey Plant and RSPC breakdowns, periodic maintenance and Maintenance Staff. Advise plant and leadership at the plant on policies, procedures and appropriate sourcing resources and other methods to best ensure to best ensure that parts/equipment/stock rooms have the critical spare parts, machinery aspects and other similar items in inventory. Ensure machine reliability, minimizing downtime and supporting food safety standards while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Collaborate with site & plant leadership, department managers and supervisors to align duties with the company's goals and values. Provide oversight on plant programs/processes to ensure the location is in compliance with relevant EPA regulations and the requests/mandates of the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality. Exercise independent judgement and serve as the technical expert leading in the evaluation and identification of maintenance problems and provide recommendations for correction. Keep abreast of current technology and possible improvements derived from such technology and provide training and technical expertise to employes on such technology. Manage staffing, scheduling and all other scheduling as needed. Meet with technicians daily for work order priorities, review breakdowns and issues, safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practice policies, department expenses, and efficiencies. Monitor Key Performance Indicators, maintain budget and look for ways to run efficiently from both a profit and energy savings standpoint.

Primary Purpose of Position
Demonstrates mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge in carrying out assignments associated with the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and proposed modification of plant specific maintenance and technical training programs (Chemistry, Engineering, Maintenance: Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical, and Radiation Protection).
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Drives the clean energy center (CEC) and personnel performance improvement through the use of training. Develops, schedules, coordinates, and conducts performance-based maintenance or technical training programs as required by user community in accordance with Constellation's systematic approach to training model, department procedures, and with proper application of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases.
- Prepares trainee examination and conducts trainee evaluations for classroom, laboratory, OJT, and simulator environments, as appropriate and conducts counseling sessions for trainees, evaluates the results, and recommends/develops individualized training programs.
- Participates in CEC support activities, i.e. outage support, root cause support, line assessment support.
- Assures the training programs are maintained current and incorporate information gained from Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) Significant Operating Experience Reports and Constellation Nuclear Event Reports (NERs), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Bulletins and Information Notices, CEC design change and backfit information, CEC procedure changes and revisions, new regulations, and training effectiveness reports.
- Support CEC and fleet in the areas of business initiatives, project management, refuel outage support, emergency preparedness duties, and special projects.
- Supervises the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports required to document training program activities.
- Participates in NRC, INPO and management audits, and prepares responses to audit findings.
- Maintains knowledge of plant operations, disciplinary skills and techniques, commensurate with the responsibility to develop and conduct effective, high-quality training.
- Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.

The Military Commercial Derivative Aircraft (MCDA) Boing Global Services (BGS) support equipment engineering team seeks an Associate and Experienced Level Support Maintenance Analyst in Tukwila, WA. The Maintenance Analyst will be part of a team researching and assessing engineering changes to determine impact on maintenance operations. The MCDA team supports all derivative programs in the Puget Sound region (KC-46, VC-25B and E-7A).
Primary responsibilities:
* Develop support program plans and schedules, validate standard deliverables and supports trade studies for platform subsystems. Research, documents and provides technical information and supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure.
* Work with supplier data to analyze and integrate it into the MCDA support system.
* Work as technical team member on proposal team. Evaluate requirements, write Basis of Estimates (BOE), Statement of Work (SOW).
* Perform evaluation of Product Revision Record (PRRs) and design related changes for support equipment.
* Perform System Support Analysis (SSA) tasks for MCDA programs.
* Participate in Industry Steering Committee (ISC) and Working Group meetings.
* Work with Engineering and FAA through all phases of certification; Amended Type Certification (ATC), Supplemental Type Certification (STC) and Military Type Certification (MTC).
* Work with Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) in the creation, tracking and oversight of CITAPS (Commercial Item Transfer at Price) contracts.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience) :
* Experience gathering, preparing and analyzing technical data for the development of support products including logistics engineering, logistics support analysis, technical publications, support equipment, spares, provisioning, field services, maintenance, etc., supporting product life cycle
* 1+ years of experience in reading and interpreting technical publications and/or maintenance manuals.
* 1+ years of experience with military and commercial specs and standards.
* Experience briefing Customer and Organization leadership
* Possess or have the ability to obtain a passport for international travel
Preferred Qualifications ( Desired Skills / Experience ):
* 3+ years of higher education and/or related work experience. (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)
* FAA Mechanic certificate with Airframe and Power plant ratings
* Experience with military commercial derivative aircraft.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
· Performs competent break-fix & preventative maintenance. This includes but is not limited to: observing devises in operation to determine root cause of problem; dismantling devices to gain access to and remove defective parts; adjustment of functional parts of devices and control instruments; repair and/or replacement of defective parts; and performing troubleshooting and repair of electrical circuitry and mechanical systems.

Boeing BGS is currently looking for a Retrofit Technical Specialist (Retrofit & Repair) Level 3 candidate for our P-8 Retrofit Engineering Team, whose mission is to provide modification, retrofit, and support for the P-8 aircraft. Our vision is to provide world class, high quality, and timely Retrofit Planning, Time Compliance Technical Order and Retrofit Installation Instruction Authoring, Retrofit Project Management, Validation and Verification, Retrofit Kit Management and Installation Support. The Boeing Company’s P-8 Retrofit Team requires a retrofit and repair technical specialist to assist with the authoring of Technical Directives (TDs) and Installation Data Packages (IDPs) for the installation of new modifications on the in-service aircraft, as well as mod-site support for the P-8 programs.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Tukwila, WA facility.
Position Overview:
Leads definition and development of retrofit technical documents detailing retrofit modifications and installations. Develops estimates and analyses for complex modifications involving multiple impacted systems or platform configurations. Collaborates with internal functions to resolve issues such as parts and material obsolescence. Leads retrofit kit first article quality validation/verification activities. Manages kit delivery schedule, plans performance and initiates remedial action. Provides on-site support of complex retrofit installations related to maintenance, modifications, and repairs based on established customer, regulatory, and company requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
Knowledge to research delivered and previously modified product configuration (e.g., aircraft, spacecraft, support/test equipment) and ability to develop all material requirements.
Knowledge of location and use of resource data (e.g., company and vendor design resources, standard parts, process and specifications

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of reading and understanding engineering blueprints/drawings.
3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
1 to 2 years’ experience with analyzing and interpreting engineering data for inclusion into maintenance manuals and technical publications
Candidate must have 1 to 2 years of P-8 aircraft experience.
Knowledge of researching design resources, standard parts, process specs to research previously modified product configurations.
Knowledge of retrofit kitting process
Ability to write clear, concise technical prose, as well as apply technical knowledge and knowledge of fundamental writing skills for a variety of technical publications.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years’ experience working on military or commercial aircraft
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, aviation, aerospace.
Experience with the P-8 aircraft maintenance
Experience working with drawings that define the engineering, special engineering, special tooling, retrofit kit packaging, independent work packages and material requirements for accomplishment of inspections, modifications, improvement changes, and repairs of delivered products.
Experience authoring Technical Directives and/or Installation Data Packages.
Experience in Retrofit Modifications.
Experience working in BIRKS, REDARs, PSDS, RCS.
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.
