As a dedicated Property Adjuster Specialist, you will work within defined guidelines and framework, investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims. Supports workload surges and catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed, including mandatory on-call dates and potential evening, weekend, and/or holiday work outside normal work hours.
May be assigned CAT deployment travel with minimal notice during designated CATs.
Works various types of claims, including ones of higher complexity, and may be assigned additional work outside normal duties as needed.
Works independently solving complex problems with minimal guidance; acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Adjusts complex claims with attorney involvement.
Recognizes and addresses jurisdictional challenges such as applicable legislation and construction considerations.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. The Production Lead position is responsible for the overseeing and direction of their assigned team, while ensuring production requirements are met. Production Leads act as intermediaries between supervisors and employees, ensuring employees are following their assigned duties, and providing positive guidance in all processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production assisting associates where required which incorporates a hands-on approach combined with positive guidance in all processes.
- Be visible and assume leadership in continuous improvement ensuring new associate training considering job procedures, quality and health and safety.
- Responsible for new process set up and tear down.
- Perform audits on products received, in process or finished to established quality requirements and document on appropriate check sheets.
- Ensure that all quality records generated as a result of the above actions are completed legibly and filed away or routed to the appropriate location.
- Ensure all nonconforming product is handled as per the Nonconforming Material Procedure.
- Ensure associates follow all rules and codes of conduct including incident/accident reporting, documentation and proper care.
- Ensure all housekeeping practices are adhered to.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Education
- Minimum Required: Minimum grade 12 education.
- Experience
- Minimum Required: Must have experience in production-oriented environment.
- Preferred: Previous leadership and problem-solving skills is an asset.
- Must have valid Michigan Driver's license
- Familiar with IATF 16949/ISO14001 requirements
- Demonstrated organizational, communication and computer skills.
- Preferred: Blueprint reading a definite asset.
Working Conditions
- Manufacturing/production floor environment with a presence on the production floor required for at least 50% of daily work time.
- Frequent exposure to industrial manufacturing, automotive vehicles, weather elements, chemicals and robotics.
- Personal protective equipment must be worn at all times on the production floor.

Requirements:
The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Filtering oil fryers daily
- Maintaining outside grounds
