Rutland Regional Medical Center is the second largest hospital in Vermont with 133 beds, serving Rutland County and the outlying region.
Our experienced staff has served the community since 2000 and work closely with our numerous specialists, clinical support staff and community partners to deliver expert care to our patients.
Our closed ICU is staffed with full time intensivists to aid with critically ill patients and no ICU responsibility is expected.
We support our ED staff with 2 dedicated Hospitalist admitters in the afternoon to help improve the care and flow of our patients presenting to the hospital.
Our admitters and rounders work 14 shifts in 28 days plus 2 weeks vacation.
