We are seeking a Waste Collection CDL Driver who will be working out of our Brooklyn Depot (1427 Ralph Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11236) and reporting to the Site Manager but is also subject to supervision by Route Supervisors and Dispatchers. This is a full time, Union, non-exempt, hourly position with an overnight schedule starting anywhere between 7pm and 9pm but may vary depending on business needs. Shifts may vary from 10 to 12 hours per evening or until the route is complete.
Working alongside a Helper, our Waste Collection CDL Drivers main responsibility is to safely operate a rear-loading truck, for the pick-up service of bags or containers filled with waste or recyclable material. Drivers transport the material to a disposal, transfer or recycle facility, and may make one or more trips throughout the shift.
Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.:- The driver is responsible for safely operating the truck in compliance with IWSs safety standards as well as OSHA and DOT regulations, and local traffic laws.
- Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle using utilizing standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report); notes all issues on DVIR form for corrective review/repair.
- Ensuring that the container and its content are always secure. This includes periodically checking tarps and ties, and may require the driver to climb onto containers and/or reach overhead.
- Perform pre- and post-route inspections of assigned truck and document any safety issues on standard reports.
- Continuously monitor for safety and service-related issues, as well as containers of other equipment in need of repair, and report any issues to the Route Supervisor or Dispatch.
- All IWS employees are expected to be responsible and accountable for the safety for themselves, their colleagues, the trucks, and other equipment and property. Drivers must immediately notify Route Supervisor or Dispatch of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
- Communicate professionally with customers and Dispatchers at all times. This includes receiving complaints about schedules and quality of service. Our Drivers must make note of and report on any such complaints and respond in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Attend all required training, operational meetings, and mandatory monthly Safety Meetings
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- All Drivers must have a valid Class A or B CDL and a clean driving record.

A minumum of 1 year of experience driving and operating a Roll Off Truck is required.

- Positions containers on the customers property in a manner that ensures lids are properly replaced, containers are set in an upright position, and containers do not block driveway entrances or traffic.
- Work closely with Route Supervisor to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices.
- Attend all required training, operational meetings, and mandatory monthly Safety Meetings
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements

Position Summary
Administer collections for a range of large and complex accounts characterized by a significant transaction history, dispute history, availability of web portal information, and company profile.
· Use advanced spreadsheets and/or database programs to review, monitor, and coordinate large amounts of complex data to resolve customer disputes.
· Analyze accounts to identify and act on the need to discuss / call with customers to resolve disputes and discuss improvement concepts.
· Work with Customer Service Centers, multiple Client divisions, to address shipping and sends discrepancy notices, following disputes to satisfactory resolution.
· Issue credits for returns, pricing, and shortages.
· Provide information to approve or deny credit limits up to the policy guidelines.
· Reconciles AR accounts resolving discounts, pricing deductions, quantity disputes and various other deductions.
· Use web-based collections with any back up documentation needed to execute payment processing.
· Release orders for customers on credit check.
Qualifications
· Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).

Western Massachusetts Non Invasive Cardiology
- Non Invasive Cardiologist
- Collegial, team based, patient centric,
- 3 locations
- Mix of acuity allowing inpatient and outpatient
- An incoming provider can expect a 36 clinical work week and 4 hours admin. (40 hour position)
- One will have a dedicated MA, APP that follows the team using a team approach. The hours most providers work are from 8-5 PM.
- Outpatient volume per day? 10-12 patients per day
- Share night call that covers all 3 locations (0-5 pages per night) but would not need to go into all three facilities but possibly one.
- Partake in rotation of call, currently 1:7 for night call, will be 1:8 when this provider joins. Some weekends included in call.
- EKGS, TEE s, Nuclear Stress, and ECHOS are all done. Reading is shared and one person is assigned per day to read each.
- Approximately 2 TEE s to perform a week and 20-30 Echos to read when assigned for the day.
- Support staff? 1 CSR
- Small office with 2 providers (1 MD and 1 NP). A NP goes on site monthly to do device checks.
- They have invasive but no onsite interventional or cardiothoracic surgical services. Invasive procedures include EP (ablations, pacemakers, etc.) and diagnostic cath.
- Currently have a full service Electrphysiology lab, catheterization lab (Diagnostic lab only), and Advanced Imaging Center (Cardiac CTA and Cardiac MRI S) in main location only
- Radiology collaborates on reading of Cardiac MRI but other than that, radiology is not involved in cardiology
- Academic with Residents rotating through the main facility
- The Hospital is a 25-bed federally designated Critical Access Hospital located in western Mass.

This is an entry-level, on-site position based at our Tampa ValorVIP (an MCI Company) office. While previous contact center experience is a plus, it's not required. We provide paid training, full benefits, performance incentives, and opportunities for career advancement.

Position ResponsibilitiesThis position supports customer service, technical support, and customer sales interactions. This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. In addition to being the best in the business when it comes to customer interactions, you will need to be confident, fully engaged, a team player, and dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Research and resolve issues by coordinating with other departments as needed
- Follow client-specific processes and maintain a courteous tone throughout interactions
- Use internal systems to manage accounts and accurately document customer claims
- Adhere to scripts, policies, and procedures
- Leverage training and knowledge resources to answer customer questions
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments
- Aim for first-call resolution through effective problem-solving
- Stay up to date by attending training sessions and reviewing new materials
- Meet attendance and scheduling requirements consistently

Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in data entry and computer use
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 20Mbps download speed)
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute
- Availability to work scheduled shifts, including during training
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfortable using Windows PC applications and learning new systems
- Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Skilled in conflict resolution and negotiation
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and patient
- Able to multitask, stay focused, and manage time independently

Physical RequirementsThis job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
