sera responsable de :
a) S'assurer que les pièces et matériaux soient acheminés dans l'usine
par ordre de priorité afin que la planification soit maintenue. De plus il
pourra utiliser de l'équipement de manutention des matériaux sauf les
chariots élévateurs dans l'accomplissement de ses fonctions;
b) Différentes fonctions cléricales nécessaires à l'accomplissement de cet
acheminement;
c) La disponibilité des rapports afin de permettre au département du
contrôle de la production de contrôler le progrès du travail effectué;
d) Contrôler les espaces réservés pour fins de rétention dans les ateliers
et la réquisition de matériel;
e) Remplacer le personnel clérical du département, contrôle de la
production, si nécessaire.

département de contrôle de la production d'accomplir n'importe laquelle des
fonctions cléricales énumérées plus haut, sans toutefois déplacer les
contrôleurs de l'acheminement

This position delivers the education programs at the Pequest Natural Resource Education Center, including teaching freshwater fishing classes, hatchery tours, guided hikes, and various freshwater ecology tours. The ideal person will have extensive experience (7 years or more) in payroll processing, tax regulations, and accounting principles. This person must be familiar with all aspects of Certified Payroll – Elations, LCP Tracker, DIR, etc. Must also have knowledge of prevailing wage, monthly union reporting, workers’ comp, OCIP reporting, and work comp audits. Prefer experience with SAGE 100 accounting system but will consider experience with other programs

• Process payroll for 165 union and non-union employees accurately a

on shedule.

• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions in accordance with union agreements and

company olicies.

• Verify hours worked and ensure compliance with union contracts and app

l

icable lbor laws.

• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports, including Elations, LCP Tracke

r, and DIRreporting.

• Calculate and process union dues, benefits, and other

required wthholdings.

• Maintain accurate records of union deductions and ensure timely rem

ittance to uion offices.

• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discre

ancies in a imely manner.

• Prepare payroll

• Assist with year-end payroll processes, inc

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; equivale
