Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Must be a Medical Doctor, Board-certified (or Board-eligible and progressing towards certification) in Psychiatry.

Responsibilities:
- Review and validate ~150 employee timesheets per pay period, ensuring supervisor approvals and accurate tracking of PTO, holidays, sick leave, and overtime.

As a Van Delivery Driver you will be responsible for courteous, on-time, and accurate deliveries of products with a variable daily route. What does a day to day look like?
Delivery:

SUMMARY: Under direct supervision receives, stores, selects and loads products within warehouse by performing the following duties as directed by immediate supervisor or Operations Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Move Merchandise: Operate hand jacks and/or Material Handling Equipment experience in operating material handling equipment such as hand jacks, forklifts, reach's, order pickers, and other various material handling equipment.
- Operate material handling equipment up to 95% of the time.
- Selection and preparation of customer orders in a manner that insures complete fulfillment of each customer order.
- Accurate receipt and documentation for inbound product.
- Affixes pallet tags and marks materials with other identifying information upon receipt.
- Conveys products and materials from receiving areas to storage or other designated areas.
- Places items on racks, shelves or bins according to predetermined slot assignments.
- Rotates stock to enable oldest stock to be most accessible for picking.
- Reads pick tickets, pick labels (or on-screen display, etc.), assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets. Loads trailers with merchandise scheduled to be shipped.
- Records information as directed to track the above activities.
- Performs tasks in a manner consistent with the zero errors policy of the company.
- Maintains performance at or above productivity standards and service level targets established by the company.

What you will need:
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or higher) OR Associate's Degree in Nursing OR Nursing Diploma program.
- Twelve months of recent appropriate clinical experience is required for Experienced Registered Nurses.
***All registered nurses without a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or higher) will be required to enroll in an appropriate BSN program within two years of their start date and to complete the program within seven years of their start date.
Licensure and Certification Required:
- Current registration with North Carolina State Board of Nursing as a registered professional nurse OR current compact RN licensure to practice in the state of North Carolina required.

This job is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for financial center clients, helping to uncover personal banking needs of both individual and small business clients, offering appropriate solutions, and connecting clients to specialists. Key responsibilities include deepening client relationships through platform services, supporting clients with self-service or transactional activities, and providing exceptional client care. Job expectations include proactively connecting with clients through outbound calls and conducting consistent follow-up routines.
Partners with teams to provide financial center clients with both consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies when uncovering personal banking needs and helping clients navigate their unique life priorities
Assists, educates, and trains clients on conducting simple transactions through self-service technologies
Leverages available resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy
Adheres to established processes, laws, and guidelines in performing day-to-day activities, such as opening accounts, account maintenance, and Digital Assisted Shopping
Manages client interactions by taking the best course of action for the bank and its clients and abiding by all regulatory requirements
Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
In lieu of one year of sales experience, has previously held the role of Relationship Manager (RM), Advisor Development Program (ADP) RM, Credit Solutions Advisor (CSA I) or Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist (RMBOS) at Bank of America for a minimum of six months

Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or a related field
Experience working in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded
Retail and/or sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment
Experience working in an environment with individual and/or team goals where goals were routinely met or exceeded
Experience with financial information, spreadsheets and financial skills
